Exactly as described. There are 2 comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Only negative would be that there are not any comfortable chairs to sit in, in the airbnb.

Beautiful place close to everything in Orlando. The place was clean, in good condition, and very pleasant. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a good stay, from kitchen accessories to board games. Mike & Christine were truly incredible hosts. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Highly responsive. Were kind enough to let us borrow the beach stuff and were flexible with check-in as well. Great local recommendations. The drive to New Smyrna and Universal were peaceful from here. Accurate Listing description, super clean and nicely done space. Don't think twice about booking their place!

This place was a hidden Gem. I felt right at home, and you can smell the freshness before you get inside. Lourdes is very friendly and proactive with message responses. The LED lights give the place a nice touch at night. The bed was super comfortable. There are plenty of tea and coffee selections and this was superb for me because I am a huge coffee drinker. The neighborhood is close (15min) to Waterford Towne Center for shopping and restaurants. Me and my dog felt right at home and this place was good for my one-night stay. I will return. Clean, Clean, Clean. Comfort to the max and no noise. Please be advised the temperature is controlled by the host but she will set it to your comfortability.

We absolutely loved our stay with Andres! The home was spotless, the pool was incredible, and the house overall was fantastic. Andres was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The only minor issue we ran into was the bathroom doorknob—it kept getting stuck and made it a bit tricky to get out. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Easy to find and get inside, place was very clean and host was very nice and responsive. Very much recommend!

This was hands down my best stay at an Airbnb. The home was spotless and incredibly peaceful. Asia and Beverly were attentive and responsive to all my needs. I truly felt welcomed and at home during my stay. I highly recommend this beautiful property to everyone and will definitely be returning. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I stayed here with another adult and three babies, and we all fit comfortably. It’s so cozy and private. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the host cause she was amazing. Was the height to get into the bathroom. that should be listed on here if your handicapped, it would be difficult to get into the bathroom . Other than that perfect place!!💜

The Cuartito was perfect for our needs, nicely tucked away and private. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Richard was very pleasant and responsive throughout our stay.

Very functional stay in a safe area. The room was quiet and spacious, and easy to access via a private side entrance through the garage door. There were plenty of towels and linens, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is a side room that has a full sized fridge, and while there isn't a kitchen, there is a space set up to function as a basic cooking area. This place makes for a good base camp to prepare very basic meals, sleep, and get out the door for whatever you're in town for. Better value than staying at a hotel where you have nowhere to store food and you have to cover all 3 meals at restaurants. (If you're planning to eat out, and like luxury and ambiance, then that may be the better choice. ) Host was very friendly and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Good stay, the *only* thing that would maybe keep me from returning is that there is no way to regulate the thermostat from your room. Beyond that, the price was fair and the room was clean

This was a great airbnb experience! Clara’s place was very clean and had more amenities than I could’ve expected. The neighborhood is quiet and was in the perfect location for exploring downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs, and Maitland. Check-in was super easy and Clara was a wonderful host. I would be glad to say here again!

10/10! Enjoyed our stay, they have everything that you need (even the things you didn’t think you needed). We had the pleasure of meeting the hosts and they’re amazing & mad cool! Recommended some nice spots for our beach day & were responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here & I would love to stay again whenever I’m back in the area.
