Cabin vacation rentals in Selma

A cozy little cabin that did not feel cramped. It had privacy, it was furnished with plenty of dishes, lamps for dialing in how much lighting we wanted, and plenty of towels (which we had completely forgotten to pack)! We had plenty of privacy as well, as the cabin is pretty far back from the road. Never heard noise from neighbors or vehicles, just the sound of the hot tub, which my wife absolutely loved by the way! Oh, and the vintage soda vending machine was a great touch! We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Wimberley!

Quiet cozy cabin with plenty of privacy. Jennifer & Greg were quick to reply to the few questions we had on the Wimberley area. This is our 2nd time staying at the Moonshine and we plan on returning again next year.

We spent Easter weekend with my kids and grandkids. Beautiful views, relaxing heated pool. Cozy yet spacious for everyone. Modern cabin feel with lots of natural light. It was like a tree house. We had a great relaxing time and beautiful atmosphere for our family’s memory making weekend. The pillows, beds and lines were so comfortable. The TV room was like a mini theater room where everyone was comfortable.

If you’re thinking about it, JUST BOOK IT. This is by far in my top 3 air BNBs. It was peaceful, nothing over the top. Exactly what you need to just get away from the rush of life for a little while. The hot tub was amazing. The large bath tub was perfect. It was still a little too cool to use the pool but I did put my feet in it and loved sitting on the pool deck. Plenty of towels and pillows. Cable TV, DVD selection as well. Kitchen was great. Nice seating areas out back to enjoy some coffee and listen to the birds. Only complaint I would have is the slow WiFi, but it worked out because I wanted this to be a trip where I wasn’t glued to my phone. I would definitely recommend this place and I would absolutely book again and again!!!

A wonderful stay for our family! Our pup and kids loved exploring the property. The back porch and hot tub were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Beds are soft, everything we needed was provided. A perfect stay!

Tamra was super responsive and very kind! The pool area alone makes it worth every penny. Tamra sent helpful suggestions prior to our arrival and the detailed instructions for getting there really helped us. Will definitely be booking this place again for a summer getaway! It was so peaceful and relaxing.

What a beautiful vacation away from the busy city life. This bunkhouse was well equipped for relaxation including a beautiful view, lovely plung pool off the deck and a gorgeous bathtub that you could swim in with a rain shower next to it that was just as luxurious. The beds and linen were comfortable. The refrigerator is on the smaller side, what you’d expect with a bunkhouse but it was adorable. The driveway is 1.5 mile hard packed dirt but very well maintained. There is a plethora of wildlife along the way so keep your eyes open! The hosts are responsive and extremely helpful and nice! Will return again when in the area!

Wow this was such a great lay out and space for the square footage. super clean and in short driving distance to many places (HEB, restaurants and Greune). Neel was super responsive and detailed in the arrival notes. Would stay again for sure!

We loved our time here! It was the perfect few day pit stop on our travels with our pup. The peaceful setting and adorable space was WELL worth the investment. Carol was kind + communicative!

Very quiet, rustic cabin in the middle of the woods. What a peaceful retreat! Loved having our coffee on the front porch in the morning and listening to the birds welcome the day. Callie was easy to work with and very helpful when I realized I made an error in our reservation the day before we were to arrive. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Lots of activities to keep the kids busy . They didn't have their phones the whole time . Priceless .

Great quiet location on the river. Very comfortable relaxing space. Very clean and organized, had everything we needed, loved the large shower. Nice to be able to bring my small dog. Enjoyed the double patio doors allowing full view of the back yard and river. Would definitely book again if in the area.

We had a great time at Carrie’s place. We had the whole area to ourselves and the view was very nice and peaceful.

This place is such a gem! The love and attention that went into building this cabin does not go unrecognized. The property is secluded and has the most spectacular hill country views! Getting to the house involves some “off-roading”, that with the right car is VERY fun! There’s a river crossing and some spiraling roads. We saw wild hogs, turkeys, deer, foxes, donkeys and critters on our weekend trip. Suzanne was an excellent host and was very responsive. I truly can’t wait to come back!

Brandi’s home was just the peaceful retreat we needed as we awaited the new year with our pups! The cutest log cabin tiny home! Would definitely come back! Very pet friendly and this is very appreciated!

This was perfect for a quick anniversary getaway! I wanted to let the dogs hike around in a private area and be cozy. This was beautiful, cozy, had everything we needed. It was easy to get to and clean and I would absolutely come back. It's also a quick drive to Wimberley for a fun evening!
