Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. Fiber optic Internet, satellite TV programs on 55" screen & Bose sound system. We want you to feel comfortable and make (almost) everything possible for you.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm manner. The place is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in every corner. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, extraordinary and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the pouring rain. The Baldeneysee is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Best regards from Cristian and Venice

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The apartment/house is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a little more. Ruth is a very likeable, great host who has plenty of tips for activities and excursions. The contact with her was perfect. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The garden is a dream and perfect for our dogs, as it is completely fenced. So we and the dogs could enjoy every minute there. We will definitely be back and look forward to spending another vacation in this "perfect location".

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoyed the birds, squirrels and other animals we saw. The only pity was the weather, but despite that it was fantastic. We will definitely be back, when the sun shines. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication very friendly. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
