Scaurbridge Cottage with HotTub, Sauna & Open Fire

JuliaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely time with family at this great cottage. We had never been to this part of Scotland before and Penpont was a very convenient base to explore from. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for four adults - we loved the log fire and the hot tub! The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the beds are comfortable. An excellent place to stay for small groups.

5 Star Cottage with Hot Tub- Key to the Esk

RachelRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Beautiful cottage. Was perfect for us and the dogs. Fully enclosed fenced garden with a gate down to a quiet riverside walk. The hottub was huge and warm ready for our arrival. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. We only stayed for 1 night so cannot comment on the local area as we did not do much exploring but we noticed a spar walking distance just down the road and a few cafes.

Self contained cottage private garden and hot tub

AshleyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our stay at The Stables was heaven. Paul welcomed us and showed us around and had even set up the hot tub for us arriving. The house was immaculate with everything you could possibly need and beautifully decorated too. We loved the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom. The garden was beautiful and so peaceful and our two dogs loved it, it was completely secure for them which meant we could relax. The view from the garden and the location were wonderful, it was just what we needed. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back sometime soon. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and for our cheeseboard and Prosecco it was such a thoughtful touch.

Pentland Hills cottage hideaway

CarolineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful stay. The location is absolutely superb. What amazing views and so peaceful and remote. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the hills was pure bliss!! And the stars you could see on a clear night, wow. Despite being so remote it’s close enough to Edinburgh that you can drive in and do all the attractions. So just perfect. Kylie was a fab host too, leaving Easter eggs for the kids and letting the kids feed her kunekune pig one day! The animals are great, especially Karen then hen, although she will come inside if allowed haha! All in all, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you Kylie

The Gate Lodge - Hot Tub Haven for 2

ErinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay. The location was lovely and in the middle of nowhere - exactly what we were looking for. Louise also offered her assistance should any issues arise. There are definitely a couple of things in the house that need fixed/freshened up (some sort of issue with some of the paint & mould in rooms) but the house itself was tidy and there were some goodies left for us which was a nice surprise!

JoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Staying at The Distillery was an absolute dream. Communication with Margaret was outstanding and we felt immediately welcomed. The welcome pack and touches were really appreciated. Location was fantastic and we could travel into the Lakes with ease, within Dumfries and Galloway, and even got the train to Edinburgh for a day out with ease. Evenings were spent relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. You won't be disappointed if you book here!

One Bedroom Seaside Cottage Apartment in Limekilns

Had a great stay here, everything was here that I needed, my dogs were also very well catered for. I had to change the plans a couple of times and Anne was very responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this little apartment, it was small but perfectly formed with a quaint little courtyard. Love it.

The Hemmel, Old Town Farm

AlexRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Hemmel was a really nice cottage to stay in. It's probably one of the best airbnb's we've been to. Kate was very nice and helpful. The photos don't do it justice as it's even better in the flesh. We were a family of 4 including a baby and it was super comfortable. The cottage is very private and peaceful. The lambs were out when we were there and we saw the red squirrel in garden each day. We'd would definitely return.

Cheerful 2-bed railway cottage near Hadrian's Wall

LaurenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Gorgeous cosy little cottage in beautiful surroundings. Excellent location close to Roman sites and lots of lovely villages. The property was spotless and had all the amenities, although we couldn’t find a toaster (wasn’t a big problem as we just used the grill). Trains can be loud but they are few and far between at night and didn’t wake our baby up so no damage done! Helpful instructions from the hosts prior to check in, and the lock box allowed us to have flexible check in. Would absolutely stay here again as there was plenty more we didn’t get chance to see 😊 thanks for a great stay!

Dog- friendly cottage with woodburner & games room

JayneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s in a great location to explore Northumberland but very quiet & private. We self catered but there were plenty of places to eat out in walking distance if you want. We self catered and every piece of equipment you need is in the kitchen, including an air fryer. Our only disappointment was not getting to use the log burner as it wasn’t cold enough !!

Mrs Moll's Cottage

JaniceRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Can't recommend Mrs Moll's cottage highly enough! It was full 9f character, so comfortable, homely and spotlessly clean . All equipment, crockery, utensils etc were also spotless. Our hosts were very responsive prior to our stay and we received a lovely friendly welcome. All instruction were clear for access & checkout with a folder detailing additional information. Being part of the adjacent farm we had the chance to watch the cows and day old calfs being moved which was so special. Overall it was a fantastic break in a beautiful cottage - thankyou! x

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden.
