Water is collected from the faucet on the porch. The cabin does not have a bathroom as there is no running water. Outdoor shower on the side of the cabin. Fireplace and lot wood in the "wood arch". Garden furniture, gas barbecue and outdoor fireplace on the terrace. Fishing opportunities and great areas for berry picking. This is a cabin with simple standard for those who want peace and quiet, or want to explore Telemark's great nature.

Cabin in Seljord with beach and own motorboat

This is a place where you can enjoy the days, completely unashamed with swimming, sunbathing and barbecuing. Sun from morning to evening and own private beach and jetty. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and laundry room are completely renovated in the fall of 2020. Also included in the rent is a small motor boat as well as kayak. Winter months: The outdoor living room is not insulated, but has a heater. The motorboat is not available due to ice on the water. You may have to park at the main road to walk 50 meters to the cabin due to ice/snow in the steep hill.

Rural and peaceful holiday idyll

Old homestead is rented this summer. Simple conditions in the mill. With outdoor toilet, no running water inside, but there is electricity. It's a road all the way up. Creek can be found nearby for picking up water and swimming + about 300 meters down to the Bandak Canal, where possible for fishing and swimming. The passenger boats Henrik Ibsen and MS Victoria pass daily. The cabin is located in the middle of great nature, with trails and wildlife. Half hour drive to Dalen city center with shops etc. (Preferably rented on a weekly basis or longer) Here you can find peace!

Here you will find great fishing waters, fantastic mountain tours, ski tours, alpine slopes, sauna by the swimming pool, farm/farm for the children, 12 hole frisbee golf surrounded by mountains and water and much more, or you can just crawl up on a soft sofa to enjoy an atmospheric and inviting cabin, 960 m above sea level with a beautiful view. The cabin offers beautiful year-round furnished patios, toys/games and all facilities, including a small sauna. Here everything is set for memorable experiences - also for your pet if you want!

Cabin with simple standard, is idyllically located by Seljordsvannet in Bø/Seljord. 3 min walk to own beach/swimming area. Located along the old road at Seljordsvannet, easy access and parking by car. Two bedrooms, a double bed and a single bed. Sofa bed that sleeps two people in the living room. Living room and kitchen in one, with refrigerator, electricity and a small stove. Only outhouse. Fishing included. Terrace with table, chairs and fire pit. No running water! Outdoor faucet in the barn. Towels and bed linen must be brought.

Welcome to our cabin! 😊 The cabin is located on the sunny side of Gaustatoppen, about 870 m above sea level. It has amazing views over three lakes and the mountains. 😊 Right on the down side of the cabin is worthwhile Tuddal mountain hotel. This is a historic hotel well worth a visit. Attached municipal water and drainage, with fresh and well water in the tap. NB! BED LINEN and TOWELS must BE BROUGHT, but can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 100 per person. Bed sizes: 1x180 cm, 1x150 cm, 1x 120 cm, 3x 75 cm.

Travel back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet that this cozy cabin has to offer. It is located in the forest at a height above Seljord in beautiful Telemark with no other cabins around. From the (free) parking space you must walk 1, 2 km unmarked roads and trails which are sometimes steep and demanding. If you like to hike and surround yourself with nature you will love this cabin. Pack efficiently, put on some good shoes and enjoy!

Ålhytte (2023) with fantastic views and very good hiking opportunities both on foot and on skis right from the cabin. The cabin is located about 900 meters above sea level surrounded by old forest, open land and a few other cabins. Summer: Lots of options for short and long mountain hikes in the immediate vicinity. Winter Large network of ski slopes, straight from the cabin. Both on the snow mountain and on more protected terrain.

A nice walk from Tuddal Høyfjellshotel with a great cafe and restaurant. Close to lake perfekt for swimming on hot days.
