Our 2+1 house is the largest and most spacious of our 4 equipped single-story houses located side by side in a 2,610 m2 botanical garden. For guests arriving by plane, Dalaman-Marmaris is a 1.5-hour drive. Marmaris Orhaniye village is a 45-minute drive. We recommend that our guests come by private vehicle so that they can see more places and have convenient transportation. The world-famous Kızkumu beach is 5 minutes away by car. There are grocery stores on the beach. You can swim in the sea from many bays a short distance away. Datça is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

In Casa di Luka, with two bedrooms and a saloon with an open kitchen you always feel the breeze and touch the sea. You may cook while staring at the sea or you may take a nap. Veranda Saranda Our apartment, which we have prepared with great care for the 2023 season, is located in a private garden. Our house, which has a stunning sea view, is decorated in a minimalist style. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed. There is a seating group in the garden. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and only 2 minutes away if you prefer to drive.

Our house, which has an area of 100 m2, has 2 separate bedrooms and their own bathrooms. It has a modern open kitchen renovated this year and all the kitchen equipment you need. You can reach the sea in just 5 minutes by following the path on the side of our house.
