Vacation rentals with beach access in Selçuk

Ich hatte einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement hat alles was man benötigt. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sauber. Herr Kutay ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber der sich immer wieder erkundigt hat, ob alles in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank 😊

This is a unique and very nice option if you are visiting the area for a few days. It’s clean, comfortable and the castle and church are directly across the street. The view from the balcony is something you’ll enjoy with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The apartment has unique wooden carved furniture and Enis is happy to tell you the history of the furnishings. Be sure to visit his shop a short walk down the street. We appreciated how much he cared for our well being and comfort.

Herr Fatih und seine Gattin sind äußerst freundliche Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war in einwandfreiem Zustand – sauber, modern und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet auf den Fotos. Es gab keinerlei Mängel, und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben – oder sogar besser! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber, die jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist einer sehr noblen Gegend. Man braucht überhaupt kein Bedenken. Die Stadt von Kusadasi ist sehr gut erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Kusadasi wärmstens empfehlen und würde definitiv wenn ich wieder nach Kusadasi komme die Wohnung mieten! Jeder Cent Wert!

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) waren für 5 Tage in der Wohnung. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie in der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns bei allem weitergeholfen. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Sakin bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut ve yeterli. Ev sahibi giriş günümüzde ihtiyaç duyacağımız ekmek kahve vs yiyecekleri ve yöresel şarabı da ikram olarak hazırlamıştı çok güzel bir jest bizleri mutlu etti. Ev denize çok yakın ve çevredeki Cafeler ve restoranlar da yeme içme ihtiyaçlarını karşılıyor torunum ve kızımla muhteşem bir tatil yaptık. Her yıl tatilimizi burada geçirmeyi planlıyoruz. Kesinlikle önereceğimiz bir ev…

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

The place is a well laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is really as nice as it looks in the pictures. The apartment is clean and has everything that you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is just a few steps away from the waterfront. Dr. Hassan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to queries. We would definitely stay at his place again.

Wir haben die Zeit in Stellas Apartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung und ist für uns perfekt gewesen. Sehr sauber, in der Küche alles notwendige vorhanden, das Bad sauber und angenehm, der Balkon mit himmlischen Ausblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig ein Moskitonetz vor der Tür des Balkons wäre wirklich nötig, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Stella war ausgezeichnet. Wir empfehlen das Apartment jedem, der das wunderschöne Posidonio erleben möchte.

180 derecelik harika manzaraya sahip bir evdi. Özellikle en üstkattaki teras muhteşemdi. Sizinle aynı seviyede başka bir yapı yok. Her katında manzara var. Genel olarak sessiz bir muhitti. Nispeten yeni bir yerleşim bölgesi olduğu için yolları biraz kötü ama çok önemli değildi bizim için. Yokuşlu bir bölge olduğu için araçsız biraz sıkıntı olabilir. 10 dk mesafede büyük zincir marketler var. Ev ikiz villa olarak yapılmış ev sahibi hemen yan villada oturuyor. Genellikle sorun olduğu düşünülen bir durum olsada bu bir sorun değil gayet tatlı insanlar :) ev sahibi gayet açık iletişime sahip.

The house and garden are beautifully decorated. It is a very unique experience to live in a brick house for a few days. We enjoyed it.

had a wonderful experience at this place, perfectly located in the heart of Kusadasi’s city center—right where all the action is. The space was cozy, spotless, and had a true homey feel. Everything you need—restaurants, shops, tour operators, and the boardwalk—is just a short walk away. There’s also a paid parking lot about a 7-minute walk from the house, which was very convenient. The hosts, Çapan and Malik, were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Kusadasi.

Gülşah hanım çok samimi ve sıcak karşıladı bundan çok memnun kaldık evde bir kaç yer için tadilat gerekliydi muhit olarak sessiz sakin bir yer rahatsız edici bir etken olmadı başka bir yorumda gördüğüm kadarıyla komşunun köpekler için rahatsız edici olduğu yazıyordu fakat köpekler çok havladığına şahit olmadık bizi rahatsız etmedi huzurlu güzel bir vakit geçirmek için gayet uygundu

İlk Airbnb deneyimimizdi pek çok şüpheyle gittik fakat tam istediğimiz gibi bir konaklama geçirdik, ev mükemmeldi site sakindi tek eksisi müstakil havuzunun olmaması fakat ortak kullanım havuzda çok temizdi. Tek bir talebimiz vardı sağolsun Çağdaş bey kırmadı bizi çok memnun kaldık düşünenlere tavsiye ederim

We really loved our stay here as a group of 5. We went to Samos for a long weekend and the house is everything we hoped for. It is very well equipped even including sun beds to take to the beach. The beach is very close and calm. The only downside is that there are no markets or good restaurants nearby but this is also a chance to visit other areas:) we recommend this place especially for small groups.

4 gün boyunca Zümrüt Hanımın evinde konakladık. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Bütün temel ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayacak eşyalar mevcuttu. Konum olarak çoğu yere 10 dakika mesafede bir yer. Biz aynı zamanda çevrede Şirince ve Efes’e de yarım saat araba yolculuğu ile gezmeye gittik.Zümrüt Hanım çok ilgili ve samimi bir ev sahibiydi. Bütün sorularımıza ihtiyaçlarımıza anında geri dönüş sağladı. Kuşadasına tekrardan yolumuz düşerse konaklamak isteyeceğim bir ev oldu. Her şey için teşekkürler :)

Cozy apartment, very well equipped with everything you can need, very comfortable beds and the best view left to the old center and right to the sea. The apartment has a private entrance, so you feel like in a tiny house. It is located above a small beach - probably the most pittoresk (and a bit hidden) in Kokkari. Kostas (and his family) is a super friendly and sensitive host! He was always keen to ensure that I felt comfortable and made my stay in Kokkari incredible pleasant. Thank you!

First of all the host is great, responsive, friendly. The house is more than as it is described. Very clean, tidy, central area, lots of offerings, snacks, drinks. The Parking lot is also very important that this hous offers. Hardly to find a parking space in the narrow roads. You may walk down the city center in minutes. For sum up, it is more than it's worth. Beyond expectations.

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Het appartement was fantastisch, precies als op de foto's afgebeeld. Prachtig en heel smaakvol ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, en meer. Het appartement ligt midden in het levendige Kokkari, maar je hebt vanwege de mooie ligging, geen last van lawaai. Hadi was een fantastische host, heel gastvrij, en heeft ons goede tips gegeven wat restaurants betreft. Ook de geadopteerde kater Tijger was een gezellig extraatje terwijl wij op ons terras zaten. Wij raden het appartement van Hadi zeker aan!!

Familien er super sød og i imødekommende. De gik meget op i at vi havde et godt ophold og vi følte os hjemme i deres selskab.

A special place. I didn’t meet yannis but the neighbors made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was perfect for me, it’s small but has enough space for yoga inside and plenty of outdoor space on the patio, where you become a part of life there in Kokkari.

Everything about our stay at Dimitris’s apartment was perfect. His directions were easy to navigate and he even let us take advantage of late check out because our ferry was so late in the day. I was (unfortunately) needing to work for a portion of our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable. Regarding the neighborhood, I highly recommend staying here, especially if the next phase of your journey is a ferry ride! We visited very much in the off season but there was still amazing restaurants open within walking distance and many places to rent a car to explore.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht. Ich muss sagen, es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es gibt auch einen Pool, der war auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare 10 von 10 :)
