It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).
