Monthly Rentals in Selca

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

By far one of the most special Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The peace and quiet you feel as soon as you walk in is incredible. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures—beautifully set up with so much thought put into every little detail. The location is serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Pero is very hospitable. As a father of 4 girls, he knows how to create a beautiful holiday experience for families (including a bouncing castle!). The weather was a bit rough during our visit, but Pero constructed a rain and wind protection for the pool, which made it possible to enjoy it even though temperatures were still a bit low. We liked very much the litte town with its pizzeria and charming church. A car is recommended in order to be able to do small trips on the island.

Wonderful views and amazing house. We'll be back for sure to do next time, which was not possible due to health restrictions. All the more we were able to enjoy the wonderful accommodation;-) Barabra was very friendly and cost me things to facilitate everyday life with broken feet, as well as wine and olive oil from our own cultivation.
