Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Selca

The place is extremely amazing. The appartement is like 10min with car from center. Note that uber is not working so you need to take a taxi everytime you go to center. The jacuzzi is amazing with a private beach , there is hotel next to it where you can have lunch or dinner and also 15min walk from another place for food, it’s extremely nice if you’d like to have some peace and out of city. I recommend

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was great in a lovely little village near Omiš. Very peaceful, the outside area with hot tub was a great place to relax and unwind. Car definitely needed to get around, it was a great base for exploring the local area. Marko was a friendly and responsive host.

Damir was a fantastic host, he went beyond our expections, taking us to a local restaurant until we were able to check in and then picking us up. The whole family loved Villa Tissa, with its pristine pool and gardens, we also loved having our separate apartments which were all tastefully decorated. The views from the villa were stunning and we enjoyed the local feel of Kastel Luksic. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really hope to visit again.

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

This house is a jewel with soul – quiet, flooded with light, filled with quiet beauty. Every single room is a dream: high-quality, harmonious, designed with flair and loving care. It not only welcomes, it also gives a deep feeling of security and arrival. The furnishings are high-quality, stylish and chosen with noticeable attention to detail. Hot tub and pool? Luxurious retreats with real class that don't just promise relaxation, but make it possible. Everything looks thoughtful, very neat and supported by soothing tranquility. And Ana and Josip? Hosts from another world – warm, mindful, sensitive and dignified. Their peka, the freshly caught fish, the fine potato salad, their homemade wine – all gifts that touched us very deeply. Our little dogs were also welcomed with open hearts. This place has given us far more than time: memory, depth, gratitude. Something lasting. Thank you – from the bottom of my heart!

There were three of us with our daughter in the villa. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels, etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. Communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. Lovely place with an amazing terrace and garden with a sea view. Tastefully furnished and a short walk to the beach and town center. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property and fantastic host, can’t recommend this airbnb enough!! The villa was spotless inside and out and the host was so helpful! He dropped off fresh bread daily and even gave us a lift to the big supermarket a bit further away. Thank you so much for such a memorable hen party!

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift of the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the option of early check-in. Everything was clean and the host gave us tips and advice on local attractions. We'll come again!

We had a great time at this place. The setting is serene with amazing views. The house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for our stay with two families. Zoran and Anka were formidable hosts, always responsive, helpful and inviting. We hope to come back some time.
