WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmental and hypoallergenic paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home of 118 m2 with summer house vibes, cozy outdoor areas and swimming lake at the end of the road. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a good 90x200 bed for adults and another children's room with a bunk bed as well as a good sofa bed in the living room. There are shelters in the garden and an annex that sleeps two. The property is 6 km from Silkeborg, where there is the opportunity for shopping and cultural experiences. Lovely hiking trails and Nordskoven's MTB tracks are just around the corner.

Our cabin is built of wood from its own forest, it contains entrance hall, a large bedroom, bathroom as well as a kitchen family room. In addition, there is a cozy dining area, as well as a covered terrace. The cabin is on the edge of a slope so the view is amazing. Wildlife in the forest can be followed from all rooms in the cabin, you can also look down to the large lake in the garden. We have a large trampoline, as well as a football field you are free to use. We live in the neighboring house ourselves, so we are close if you need anything😊

The property is part of a 3-length courtyard with its own unobstructed and enclosed garden with attached terrace. The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. Get close to lakes and woods in this little gem of a breathing hole. The cottage is located 10 km south of Silkeborg, 10 west of Ry so you can quickly get by car or bike around and see the area. The cottage is located on a large plot of land, so there is space to find a sunset pot and enjoy the last rays of the day or cozy about the fire before bed. The house is the closest neighbor to the protected heather area Sindbjerg/Stoubjerg in the heart of Sejs, close to Gudenåen and approx. 5 KM from Silkeborg city center. Silkeborg's Nord forests are just outside the door, perfect for a walk, or a ride on a mountain bike on the many established mountain bike trails.
