Monthly Rentals in Seixas

We spent 30 very pleasant days at Marco's place. The location is great. Far from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront kiosks, but close to Cabo Branco Park (Gourmet Space, with several food spots and a wide range of local craft beers). Perfect for a bike ride or a walk on the waterfront, both in the morning and at sunset. The place is quite pleasant. Large living room and bedroom, and well-equipped kitchen, with all the utensils needed to prepare food. The generous balcony, with a cool breeze coming from the Atlantic, is the cherry on top. The condominium is very quiet, very clean, safe, and the staff were super attentive and helpful. Communication with Marco was very smooth. Marco is very nice, and he was very proactive. He provided an additional control for the garage door and a new blender. Flexible check-in and check-out, without bureaucracy. Anyway… 10/10! I highly recommend it!

Grateful for spending part of my vacation and birthday in this amazing place. Everything was much more than expected. Ivan and Sandra are so captivating! I recommend it to everyone who wants a beautiful and peaceful experience on the coast of Paraíba. I experienced incredible days where I was moved, enjoyed and rested my body and soul. I hope to come back. I miss you...

The apartment is new, well-equipped. I thought it was a little hot, maybe because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

Everything was perfect, I'll be back more often, I highly recommend it.
