Waterfront vacation rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

La vue et surtout nous avons été accueilli par une personne sympathique et nous avons eu l’honneur de partager un excellent fromage apéro.

Notre séjour a été apprécié dans son ensemble. Maxence a su être réactif à nos demandes et les instructions ont été très claires. La décoration est vraiment très appréciable et la salle de bain magnifique. Seul point à préciser pour se garer, les places sont le long de la rue qui elle est assez petite. Les places à proximité directe sont aussi assez rares (en tout cas pour ma part)

Had a great stay at Axelle’s place, the apartment is lovely and felt very homey.. Axelle is also very friendly and responsive. The area have lots of restaurants and coffee shops, great stay overall

What a lovely place to stay while in Paris. The canal is beautiful and vibrant with lots of people lounging and plenty of cafes and shops. We loved the area and the apartment was perfect! Would absolutely stay there again!

I stayed at Eric’s apartment with my 3 year old and 9 year old and we had a great stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and is literally minutes on foot from several metro lines (so also quick connections to the RER train network - which we used for Disneyland and Versailles). The loft bed is up steep stairs and you have to navigate a beam but we all managed! Eric and Benson were both kind and responsive when we did have questions or needed to get in touch.

Candice and Alexandre were great hosts. They were flexible in allowing us access to the apartment and had a colleague meet us to let us into the car park and give us the keys etc. They were also always available and friendly in response to our communication. The location was great; there are multiple restaurants right on the canal outside the door. We loved having a balcony overlooking the canal. It was a treat to be able to have breakfast on the balcony and a glass on wine in the evening. I picked the location as I wanted to be close to La Villette park area. My daughters (6) and (11) loved the playground and carnival rides and the science center there. Also it was a short walk to the Metro and straight shot to the Louvre etc. The location added to our experience as it felt like a more diverse and dynamic living neighborhood of Paris versus staying directly in the city center. I also appreciated the flexibility of having a reserved parking spot.

Theo's place was a great find. You can really feel every item has been thoughtfully picked, and it was refreshing to be surrounded by such taste, we felt very cosy. Well located and very comfortable.

Além da acomodação ser como está descrita no anúncio, Amandio e sua esposa foram excepcionais conosco. Nos ajudaram em tudo durante nossa estadia. Se não fosse por eles nossa viagem teria sido comprometida por causa da greve em Paris. Eu e minha família somos muito gratos por tudo.

Claires Haus war eine wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe während der Olympischen Spiele. Claire war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit, das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit tollen Duschen und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war perfekt für uns

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

This place it is very beautiful, exactly like în description, with everithing what you need, very clean and in a very beautiful area closer to the bus, rer, supermarket and more. Arnaud he was help a lot with every Information, recomandation, what he was gave tu us i will tell thank you for all what he was done and sure when i will come again to Paris i will take asame place, because i was fell like at home!! Notre séjour chez Kevin a été tout simplement incroyable ! L’arrivée était extrêmement facile, avec de très bonnes instructions. L’appartement est idéal – niché dans un quartier calme, mais à seulement quelques minutes à pied du métro. C’était l’équilibre parfait entre tranquillité et accès facile à tout ce que nous voulions voir et faire. Le logement était impeccable et décoré avec goût, avec une attention particulière aux détails dans chaque pièce. Le lit était correct, la cuisine était entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer nos repas facilement, et le salon était un espace cosy pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration. Il y a un ventilateur qui est super utile avec la chaleur. Je recommande vivement!

j'ai passé un séjour agréable dans l'appartement de Malika! L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité des transports en commun. L'appartement était impeccablement propre et bien équipé avec tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour mon séjour. L'endroit est très calme avecune belle vue sur la Seine. De plus, Malika était très accueillante et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Je recommande vivement cette location.

The location of this apartment was amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room AND the bedroom was so cool. We got to see it light up every night from the privacy of the apartment. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower too. Samy was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive in reaching out regarding check-in and check-out. This place was was great, especially for the price. Would highly reccomend it and we will try to stay here again when we come back.
