Waterfront vacation rentals in Seine-Saint-Denis

The view and above all we were welcomed by a friendly person and we had the honor of sharing a great aperitif cheese.

Our stay was generally enjoyable. Maxence was responsive to our requests and the instructions were very clear. The decor is really very nice and the bathroom is beautiful. Only point to clarify for parking, the spaces are along the street which is quite small. Places in direct proximity are also quite rare (at least for me)

Had a great stay at Axelle’s place, the apartment is lovely and felt very homey.. Axelle is also very friendly and responsive. The area have lots of restaurants and coffee shops, great stay overall

Charming apartment, equipped and decorated "like home", in a very nice and well-connected neighborhood. It was the ideal place to make the most of the Paris Olympics.

What a lovely place to stay while in Paris. The canal is beautiful and vibrant with lots of people lounging and plenty of cafes and shops. We loved the area and the apartment was perfect! Would absolutely stay there again!

I stayed at Eric’s apartment with my 3 year old and 9 year old and we had a great stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and is literally minutes on foot from several metro lines (so also quick connections to the RER train network - which we used for Disneyland and Versailles). The loft bed is up steep stairs and you have to navigate a beam but we all managed! Eric and Benson were both kind and responsive when we did have questions or needed to get in touch.

Candice and Alexandre were great hosts. They were flexible in allowing us access to the apartment and had a colleague meet us to let us into the car park and give us the keys etc. They were also always available and friendly in response to our communication. The location was great; there are multiple restaurants right on the canal outside the door. We loved having a balcony overlooking the canal. It was a treat to be able to have breakfast on the balcony and a glass on wine in the evening. I picked the location as I wanted to be close to La Villette park area. My daughters (6) and (11) loved the playground and carnival rides and the science center there. Also it was a short walk to the Metro and straight shot to the Louvre etc. The location added to our experience as it felt like a more diverse and dynamic living neighborhood of Paris versus staying directly in the city center. I also appreciated the flexibility of having a reserved parking spot.

Theo's place was a great find. You can really feel every item has been thoughtfully picked, and it was refreshing to be surrounded by such taste, we felt very cosy. Well located and very comfortable.

In addition to the accommodation being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

A really good stay here during Olympics. Quiet surroundings with a short connection to the centre of Paris. Claire was really communicative and quickly helpful with minor questions we had.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Good location, very clean accommodation. I forgot to take out the trash when I left otherwise the accommodation was what I expected

This place it is very beautiful, exactly like în description, with everithing what you need, very clean and in a very beautiful area closer to the bus, rer, supermarket and more. Arnaud he was help a lot with every Information, recomandation, what he was gave tu us i will tell thank you for all what he was done and sure when i will come again to Paris i will take asame place, because i was fell like at home!! Our stay at Kevin's was just amazing! Check-in was extremely easy, with very good instructions. The apartment is ideal – nestled in a quiet area, but only a few minutes' walk to the metro. It was the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodation was impeccable and tastefully decorated, with special attention to detail in every room. The bed was good, the kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to prepare our meals easily, and the living room was a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. There is a fan that is super helpful with the heat. I highly recommend it!

i had a pleasant stay in Malika's apartment! The location was perfect, close to public transport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The place is very quiet with beautiful views of the Seine. In addition, Malika was very welcoming and available for any question. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything is very clean and a very good area

The location of this apartment was amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room AND the bedroom was so cool. We got to see it light up every night from the privacy of the apartment. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower too. Samy was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive in reaching out regarding check-in and check-out. This place was was great, especially for the price. Would highly reccomend it and we will try to stay here again when we come back.
