LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

A modern equipped apartment, which has all amenities - a fully equipped kitchen incl. Electrical appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a couch (pull-out bed, 150 x 180 cm), and a TV – perfect for winding down in the evenings, a dining table with two chairs, a comfortable bathroom with shower, toilet, and LED mirror, as well as a balcony with seating and a hanging chair.

It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

The residential complex offers some roof gardens for use, to recharge your batteries or also to enjoy the great view.
