House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

In Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to Vaison-la-Romaine: independent apartment of 60 m2 renovated in 2017, on the ground floor of the owners' house. Capacity: 2 to 4 people (convertible sofa bed in the living room). Terrace, garden furniture in a large wooded garden, views of the vineyard and surrounding hills. Hiking and mountain biking in the town and in the region: Mt Ventoux, Luberon, Drôme provençale... Rock climbing in the Dentelles de Montmirail.

Le Nid is a 14th century village house, freshly renovated in the heart of the historic center of Villeneuve-les-Avignon. A stone's throw from the GR4, a long-distance hiking trail through the village, ideal for walking to discover the Provençal landscapes. Only 2 minutes from the bike path along the Ouvèze, you can easily explore the area safely by bike, whether with family or with athletes. Cyclists of Mont Ventoux will find a great starting point here.
