House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

As soon as you arrive through the high white gates and see the view you know you’re in a special place. Our house is full of surprises: the bedroom with four-poster bed, the elegant retro ensuite bathroom, the ‘salon’ with piano, overflowing bookshelves and antique doors, the light-filled modern kitchen graced with plants, the shaded terrace, deck and hammock overlooking the exceptional landscape of our gardens, pines, olive grove and amazing sunsets over the silhouette of the distant Cévennes.

Capacity: 2 to 4 people (convertible sofa bed in the living room). Terrace, garden furniture in a large wooded garden, views of the vineyard and surrounding hills. Hiking and mountain biking in the town and in the region: Mt Ventoux, Luberon, Drôme provençale... Rock climbing in the Dentelles de Montmirail.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

"La Maison aux Oliviers" is a small charming farmhouse of 90 m2, air-conditioned, independent and located on an old olive grove, quiet in a landscaped garden offering a beautiful private heated and secure pool. Marinette's house is located in the Seguret plain, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. A stone's throw from the GR4, a long-distance hiking trail through the village, ideal for walking to discover the Provençal landscapes. Only 2 minutes from the bike path along the Ouvèze, you can easily explore the area safely by bike, whether with family or with athletes. Cyclists of Mont Ventoux will find a great starting point here.
