David is a very enjoyable and always quickly available host. The place itself is perfect for me as a commuter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully restored apartment. Peter met us upon arrival and patiently answered questions even though he had provided a detailed binder of information. He recommended Würzburg and places to see there, as we wanted a less-busy city to visit. Great advice. We had a very clean space. Good coffee and other non-necessary but appreciated extras. We’d definitely stay again.

We felt very comfortable at the place. For our 12-month-old daughter, everything was also available, even a fall-out protection for the bed. A luxury wish would only have been outlet fuses, as there were really plenty of outlets available, but you can't expect that. The Main River is just a stone's throw away and it is also close to Würzburg. We enjoyed it and would come back. Thank you. 😊

Astrid was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, I experienced a medical emergency, and she went above and beyond to assist me, even accompanying me to the pharmacy since I don’t speak German. What truly touched me was how she checked in on me over the following days—a gesture that showed genuine care. Her home was absolutely lovely: beautifully kept, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long-term. The stunning water views and nearby beer garden added to the charm. While the house was impeccably clean, it’s worth noting there’s no microwave (the oven works just fine!). For groceries, dm and Rewe are about 2km away, easily accessible by bus. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this was by far my best experience. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I can’t recommend Astrid’s place enough—it’s truly special.
