Norbert was very flexible and accommodating to us regarding email traffic and our questionable arrival time. Very clean and well-maintained oasis with quiet garden and relaxing "chill-out spots." Many valuable tips regarding restaurants and what's in the immediate vicinity. Norbert's oasis is easily accessible by metro and bus. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is perfectly labeled and lovingly, there was a door sign, with our names for the duration of our stay, mounted on the entrance door. We received a warm welcome from both hosts and their son, and we got a detailed explanation of all the technical amenities that the home has. The well-maintained home fully lived up to our expectations, clean, spacious, good bed, good bathroom, cozy living room and a neat and clean kitchen. I think there's not much going on in the nearest neighborhood, but it was just how we wanted it, a quiet and welcoming German village. We were driving in our own car, so it was no problem that it's a few kilometers to the nearest trading opportunity. We'd love to come back next time we're going to that area.

Lovely little apartment with everything you need. The location is unique: on one side the beach, on the other is downtown. You can even sit outside in a small courtyard garden. Communication, check-in ... everything went well. Recommended for a stay for two in beautiful Eckernförde.

Super location between Dieksee and Behler See. The bathing area at Lake Behler is pleasant and familiar, and there is also access for SUP and canoe. The Bahnwärterhäuschen is very tastefully decorated. Everything in one room makes it very cozy, and from the cozy double bed niche you can see up to the roof. We found the covered outdoor seating area particularly nice. We always ate there. You are on the landlord's property, but the cottage is free with a beautiful green garden all around. Dagmar welcomed us warmly and gave good tips for the area.

I spent three wonderful days with my family. Iris prepared a very nice information folder that helped us a lot. At the same time, I can highly recommend this place to those looking for a beautiful garden and a quiet area. I would like to thank Iris very much for her hospitality and kindness.

Lovingly, well thought out and tastefully decorated, bright and very centrally located. Everything you need and more. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. There was a timely response to any queries. Really a good host.

We had a wonderful short break in the little cottage. It is totally lovingly equipped and everything you need can be found, even a little more: toys for the children and tailored to their age, small snacks, milk and fresh eggs as well as flowers to welcome you. We have never been received in a vacation home like this and we have visited many. Our kids were also super excited. Kristin also gave us valuable tips and so we spent a great day in Hamburg and had delicious Italian food. For us, the quiet location and the connection to Lüneburg were ideal. Nevertheless, you could easily reach Heidepark and Hamburg from there. If we could, we'd give more than five stars. It is truly a great vacation home and Kristin and her family are especially lovely hosts. We definitely recommend your cottage!

We felt comfortable all around. Alexander is very likeable and went out of her way to make sure that no wishes remain unfulfilled. The kitchen equipment was more than generous (yes, even the deep plates and the pan turner were not missing ;-) ), even things like dishwashing taps, various spices, tea, coffee, etc. were available. Even laundry detergent and hygiene products for the ladies were at your disposal. Even a later checkout was possible without any problems. And this HEAVENLY tranquility - simply glorious. We were there with a small group of adults and I must say, the farm is just beautifully located, in combination with the offer of the fitness puddle you can have a wonderful time there, perfect to relax and escape the city.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. There was really everything you need. The location is perfect (Lübeck, Travemünde, Ratzeburg and other beautiful places can be reached quickly). At the same time, the hut is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sarah was very helpful and gave us many great tips for excursion destinations and restaurants. At night it got quite cold at a temperature of 2° and the hut cooled down quickly. However, a gas heater is available for this. We particularly enjoyed the small private terrace, where you can eat perfectly or simply enjoy the tranquility. We would mist definitely visit again.

Great place to stay, public transports and good shopping opportunities are close. It's a bit noisy due to the highway next to it. But with closed windows it was really quiet! Highly recommend!

We were already in Bothy for the 3rd time, and this time it was a super nice vacation. The house is perfect for us, also very suitable for a vacation with a dog. Colin is always responsive & available. The neighbors are as friendly as they are helpful. For us, the vacation here feels like coming home. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful farm, very nice, open and helpful hosts, charming and cozy apartment and last but not least the many play opportunities for the children have made it a perfect vacation for us. There are many opportunities for activities and shopping in the area and yet you are really out in the countryside. Wonderful! For the children, the highlight was the great playground with trampoline, which we were allowed to use and that Sandra introduced us to the ponies and explained a lot. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back!

Was very nice staying at this house, we were 17 people split over the house and apartment and it was well equipped and enough space for all. Very clean and nice property, and Mikaela is a very responsive and friendly host. Would definitely recommend!

A very relaxing holiday over 10 days. I was on site with my dog. Short walk across the street or around the block in the forest possible. Shopping within walking distance. I highly recommend the accommodation. Large rooms, comfortable , large bed. To Bad Schwartau 5 min. To the beach Niendorf/Timmdorf 12 min. Great host, I'll be back!!🔆❣️
