This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. Jump into the water. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sauna. As well as a large living area and kitchen. Smart TV and 290 Mbit Internet. On the terrace you can relax and look at the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. Dear guests! In this over 120 square meter A vacation apartment in Over, Seevetal, about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to opportunities to enjoy nature within walking distance, you can reach downtown Hamburg in about 25 minutes by car. A bus stop is only 2 minutes' walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian Restaurants are about 1 km away. There are security cameras at the entrance area on the property.
