Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

Gizem is an exceptionally friendly and communicative warmhearted woman. She gave us many great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful and colorful and we felt at home. The location is perfect and after we found it very easy to get to and no problem at all also at night to walk home. She had us informed very clearly that it was narrow to get to by car and given all the instructions. Our google map couldn’t find it and we searched quite a time until the neighborhood helped us. After that it was very easy! Thank you for a wonderful time and we highly recommend her!

good value house, nice pool , well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The garden and view of the sea are fantastic, the apartment very spacious (ideal for 4 people) cozy and clean. We particularly appreciated the incredibly good heating, which gave a quick warmth on cooler days. Maria is very friendly and responds super quickly to requests. However, getting there can be a bit tricky for larger cars. Thank you so much for the nice 2 weeks!

Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Kader are amazing people. Everything was in line with the photos and descriptions. A very peaceful, safe and amazing view that we can't wait to come back as soon as possible. It was a nice holiday for us, where we met with a friendly and caring welcome and sent off with their coffee and friendly conversations while saying goodbye. Thank you for everything and always hope you continue to meet beautiful people. (Note: You can get off directly in front of the house with buses 1 and 3 from the center)

We had a very comfortable stay at the accommodation. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a charming Greek-style atmosphere. The location was excellent — just about a 5–10 minute walk to the main street. It was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet only a few steps away from convenient facilities, which was one of the best parts. Communication with the host was very smooth. They were kind and responded quickly to any questions, which made our stay feel safe and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare simple meals, and having a nearby supermarket (Sok) was very convenient. Due to the nature of Cunda Island, the alleyways are very narrow and cobblestone-paved, so driving directly to the accommodation can be a bit challenging. However, we used a nearby paid parking lot, so it was not a problem at all! Other than that, everything was seamless and satisfying.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife were very interested in everything they did their best to help. There are 2 toilets in the house, one in the bathroom. Complete kitchen supplies. There is a hair dryer, etc. Everything is working and the house was spotless. A peaceful and calm place where you can come and stay with your family and friends. The sea is very close to the beautiful house.

Very peaceful and carefully selected items were used. We had a good 3 days. We would prefer to come to Cunda again

Everything was very nice. The host was very accommodating and the energy of the house was excellent. Next time we go to Cunda island, we don't have to stay:)
