Sarah's house is very beautiful and cozy, the heating is great, if there is a problem, Sarah can also respond in time and solve it, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very beautiful, the environment is very good, we like it very much, we recommend everyone to stay, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay. The apartment is very nicely located, check-in was very straightforward and the apartment was clean. The apartment has no kitchen, but as stated in the listing. However, you can also eat well in the restaurant right next door. The apartment is small but for us (two guests - a couple) it was very sufficient for two days.

We found the apartment in a very clean and well cared condition. It is completely modern and furnished to a high standard, so we could feel very comfortable. A covered parking space in front of the house and some parking spaces in the underground car park saved us from the morning ice scratching. The ski cellar with ski boot heating is in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance, so that our equipment could be stowed quickly and without much dragging. By car, the surrounding ski resorts Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach and the Zillertal Arena are easily and quickly accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Pavel is a great host. He provide us with clear instructions about everything needed. He was really supportive and nice. The apartment was even bigger and nicer we expected. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was just as beautiful as in the photos - modern, bright, clean and very comfortably furnished. We particularly liked the loving details in the apartment, the very comfortable beds and the quiet surroundings. We felt comfortable right from the start. The location is perfect: in just five minutes you can reach both the train station and the city center - central yet quiet. From the balcony you had a direct view of the imposing mountain backdrop with the Zugspitze. The hosts were incredibly friendly, easily accessible and always helpful. We can absolutely recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a very quiet neighbourhood that's close to train station. Has off street parking too. Hosts always contactable. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Munich with friends.

The landlords have thought of many small details. Kitchen was super equipped (salt, spices, baking paper, coffee...). Even in the bathroom there was a small shower room.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom house! The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing, yet conveniently close to shops and amenities. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained — we especially enjoyed using the BBQ and spending evenings on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, great for cooking and gathering. The host was absolutely wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

We (my wife, 3 children 1,4,6, our dog and I) spent a week together with our best friends (couple with infant) in the Panorama Lodge and are still absolutely delighted. The space is simply gorgeous! The view through the "panoramic front" in the living room and from the terrace is incredible. But otherwise, the accommodation is very high quality, cozy,spacious and nicely decorated. Also, everything was very clean. The hosts Anja and Edi are warm and very nice. They also helped our friends with a flat tire, which was extra nice. If we go to the region again, we will definitely check the availability of the Panorama Lodge first.

We had a great stay in Gallzein! The cottage is quietly located and perfect for a few days of relaxation in the mountains. The equipment is basically completely fine, only in the kitchen we would have liked a few more bowls/functional pans. But absolutely not worth a point deduction, you could just bring them yourself next time. A car is mandatory and to get from A to B or to go shopping, but that's normal. 😊

Grert stay, wouod return again, fab host. Great area to explore the areas near by.

We stayed with our children and grandchildren for 5 days in Egling in the house of Rü and were very satisfied. We felt very comfortable. Everything is generous and quiet. Cooking together in the super-equipped kitchen was a lot of fun. Excursions to Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz were simply great, even for the grandchildren! Always happy to come back - we can highly recommend the house and surroundings.

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

An excellent place to stay - easy to get to so many great days out from the flat. Lakes, cable cars to glaciers, monasteries and palaces. This is a beautiful part of Germany and a lovely village. We could walk from the flat and be in beautiful surroundings within minutes. The neighbours are very quiet, the access to a washing machine and dryer was helpful. It is a small flat but was perfectly adequate for a family of four. We used the sofa bed in the lounge which was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. There were lots of suggestions for things to do in the flat ... we just ran out of time to do them all. A warm and cosy place to stay.

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

Loved our stay here while in Munich. This apartment comfortably kept the 5 of us. The location can’t be beat, walkable to Marienplatz with many delicious restaurants on the street below. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out.

The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

Recommended place, very convenient for groups of friends, only flaw is the single bathroom for many, a bit difficult to manage. Very friendly and helpful host. Comfortable and quiet location. Clean and comfortable place. We had a very good time as a group of 8 people. Recommended place for those who want to visit the city, also convenient for the nearby location of the metro a 15-minute walk away.
