This includes a large balcony with fantastic views as well as a park-like garden with two swimming spots, rowing boat and trampoline. Here you can, among other things, swimming, boating, hiking, swinging, biking, cooking, fishing, barbecuing, doing nothing, working in peace, taking a vacation in short.

You live in the immediate vicinity of Berlin's only rowing ferry that translates you (on the WE's & holidays) to the old fishing village of Rahnsdorf. Within walking distance is the beach on the small Müggelsee and the restaurants on the water Neu Helgoland with ferry connection and Trattoria Di Mare with adjacent boat rental Waterlounge Pets are not allowed.

Very cozy and nice place! We had a good time:) We borrowed some bikes from Moritz which was very helpful when getting around. The nearby beach was a nice stay, and only took 5 minutes with the bikes. Would recommend!

We booked this and the other two apartments as accommodation for relatives. Everyone was very impressed. I have received a lot of praise for choosing these beautiful accommodations and have already passed this on to the owner. Communication between Marina and me worked out great. I highly recommend to stay here.

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
