Sandra was delightful, friendly, and very personable. She had great recommendations for local spots based on our itinerary for the day, and gave us lots of local tips. Her place felt safe, and she had lots of thoughtful touches like snacks, drinks, books, and good shampoos and soaps! I would stay there again :)

The surrounding were beautiful and very peaceful. We went for lots of walks and always had wildlife to enjoy. The birds were always singing and the owl was very active. The dogs were a wonderful greeting party. We would highly rate this as a place to stay especially if you want to get away from it all. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Felt right at home. We will stay here again.

This was my second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! It has everything I could need and the location is great - quiet neighborhood but only 5 mins from departure bay.

Such a lovely spot to stay on the Sunshine Coast! Super sweet hosts and cozy yet airy & clean space. Walking distance to magnificent sunset spot and great hikes close-by. Kitchen had everything you could ever need and the view from the deck is gorgeous. Evident that Thomas & Anne put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming and comfortable place for guests. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again! :)

This cute, modern condo was quiet and comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. It was a great spot to stay if you are exploring Nanaimo and the surrounding area, or even all of Vancouver Island, as we found it to be a central location. We were travelling with our little dog and there were many trails and walking paths, for walks within the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was large and has all your basic needs. Colin was a friendly, responsive host and checkin and out was easy. We would highly recommend Colin's place. We will return again.

We did enjoy the central location on the UBC grounds. Everywhere is quite walkable and there are bikes and cars to rent. We quite liked the direct entry to the sidewalks. Underground parking was easily accessible. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

It was a second time I rent a property from the host. She was so kind and helpful. I was asking super early check in and late check out, and she was willingly to help. The unit as I expected was so clean, I love the unit. The vibe, ambience, interior so bright. Keep it up ur work Lisa, I hope we can meet again.

This place is a gem -- a truly lovely, light-filled apartment in a great neighborhood. It is exactly as it appears in the photos, and perfectly balanced between the amenities of a home (the kitchen actually has all the basics!) and the convenience of a rental (lots of towels, closet and drawer space, etc.). As another reviewer mentioned, it's a cozy space but it's so well designed that it doesn't feel cramped; we (2 kids, 2 adults) genuinely looked forward to relaxing in the evenings after our sightseeing adventures. As for the neighborhood -- the apartment is less than a block from great public transit (never waited more than 8 minutes for a bus all week!) and there is a grocery store, several cafes, and an awesome bakery within 2 blocks. The apartment was so well set-up that we had very few questions for Eric, but he was a gracious host and super responsive when we messaged. He also offered great suggestions and recommendations. We're so happy we stayed here!

Very clean and comfortable.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The location was great, in a peaceful neighbourhood, close to parks and beaches and grocery stores. David and Gloria were very humble and welcoming hosts. We got to connect a few times and we felt very much at home. They often checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The suite is simple and divine. I was travelling with my 3 year old child and it was a perfect temporary home for our two week stay in Vancouver. I appreciated the natural cleaning products and TV free space, the unique artwork and books. Had everything we needed and nothing more. Will look to connect with the hosts again for our next travels. Very grateful to them and their offering of this suite.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – A Slice of Paradise! I had an unforgettable experience staying at this property. The place is luxurious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every detail, from the high-quality amenities to the elegant and stylish decor, exceeded my expectations. Loved the accommodations. Very clean and close to everything you need. Surroundings are beautiful and the pool, hot tub and sauna were a much appreciated addition. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable.

Travis’ place was perfect for our family’s three nights stay on the Island. He had the single mattress and the pack and play set up for my kids before we arrived. The set up is perfect for a multi generation family trip. We got to really enjoy the amenities such as the pool and the pickle ball court. Would definitely consider renting again here!

Perfect space for a quick getaway! unfortunately we only stayed one night,but definitely wished we could stay longer. We were in a pinch finding space quickly and Raylene jumped to action with quick responses and care for our situation. clean, comfortable , welcoming space. The resort is in a beautiful location. Ammenties are appealing and the neighbourhood has everything one needs !

John’s place was fantastic. Easy check-in and quick to answer any questions. My wife and I really appreciated the size of the condo and all the amenities. The fireplaces, jetted tub, comfortable king bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful patio. We took advantage of the on-site amenities including the gym, pool, outdoor hot tub, trails and restaurant. Our stay was awesome and John made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem of a condo in beautiful Nanoose Bay.
