Isabel is a friendly and happy person. They always responded quickly when I had questions as well as the check-in process, and the place was cozy and comfortable. It was unfortunate that I had to leave earlier than my scheduled schedule because of an urgent matter, but if I go to New York again, I intend to stay at Isabel's place!

Kate's house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and it’s also very convenient—just a five-minute walk to the bus stop, and within 15 minutes you can reach Manhattan's Port Authority Bus Terminal. The room is very tidy, and the bathroom is well-equipped. Kate is more than just a host; she’s a true friend. She took me shopping, shared her homemade cookies and cakes with me, prepared dinners for me on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and even gave me a Christmas gift! Kate treated me like family. My four-month stay at her house was an enjoyable experience. If there’s anything to regret, it’s only that I didn’t discover this place sooner!

It is a very good option for short-term stays compared with renting. It offers flexibility and covers all fees, such as Internet and utilities. The place is nice and clean. Giuseppe and Sonia are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They helped us get the extra furniture without any charges. I really appreciate their hosting. The location is relatively easy to access Manhattan. I would always recommend taking the 123 bus instead of the 125 because 123 is more frequent and on time. The neighbor is safe. I often walk around in the dark without feeling creepy. It's also very convenient to find grocery stores, restaurants, laundromats, etc.

Aminta is warm and communicative, the place is cozy, clean, and the area is very safe, lots of buses to Manhattan. I will happily come back next time I travel to NYC!
