Larry’s place was perfect for my family’s needs. Plenty of space for 4 guests. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies to help us create meals at home. We loved having coffee and meals in the peaceful backyard garden. We also enjoyed walking along the nearby creek. Larry was kind and helpful in any way I needed. I would most definitely stay here again. Thanks, Larry.

We loved our stay in Graton. The home was perfect for our graduation getaway! Management communicates well and the location is ideal for walking and quick drives to the best places. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. It is a very relaxing and accommodating environment. Not fancy, just relaxed and easygoing. We strongly recommend it.

Had a great stay at Rachel’s unit. She was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Shared lots of recommendations in advance. The house is super clean and very well decorated. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom & kitchen spotless. So many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of unit and Sonoma vineyards just minutes away. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved staying at Bobby's place in Santa Rosa! The description and photos were accurate, and everything went smoothly while staying there.

David was so kind and left us with a well stocked, clean, lovely home. A quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck looking out at the coastal range. We loved the hot tub, so relaxing. We saw a mother fox with her three kits playing for several minutes. Since it was spring, a lovely chorus of birds greeted us every morning with their beautiful songs. If we needed anything David was just a phone call away. Thankfully we didn't anything, because if we forgot something, the house was fully stocked. Thank you David.

This place is a real gem. It was so quiet, very clean and very comfortable with absolutely everything that we needed. The house managers went above and beyond to help us and were very friendly and available. We felt right at home. The area is also stunning, very close to great hikes, beautiful beaches, and the town of occidental has some great restaurants, as well as Bodega and Sebastopol which are close by.

My friends and I had an amazing time at this property! It was absolutely gorgeous and super clean! Beds were comfy and all the amenities were great! The exterior is so calming and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Loved every moment of our stay here! It was myself, my partner, our dog and 2 kids, the outside bath was magical and the well appointed nature of every aspect of the stay totally exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Linda’s home in Glen Ellen was perfect! We were minutes from some great wineries and walking distance into town (restaurants, grocery store, bar, etc). The house is so inviting, we spent time reading, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

We went to Napa for a group ladies trip and Mark’s place was perfect. The location and decor was exactly as described and pictured. It was so beautiful and I also loved how private it was. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils and everything you need to cook if you want to. If you don’t want to cook, then it is only 10 min from downtown Napa with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was nice to come back from wine drinking for the day and relax in the hot tub and pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace at night. Julie, the contact while there, was very accommodating with any questions we had. And Mark gave us great recommendations for restaurants and also a private driver, Paul Bailey, that took us to three incredible, boutique wineries. This place is perfect for a large group and we made a lot of good memories while there.

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

What a great find! The home was so cozy. Well equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a perfect paradise and my family of 6 were so happy to spend time just chilling in that beautiful fruit tree lined backyard. Highly recommend!!

10/10 I stayed here with my girlfriend and my dog and it was really peaceful and had a great time,the pool and jacuzzi was amazing and the house was really clean🙌🏽😄

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Conveniently located, lovely decorated home. Quiet neighborhood with access to downtown Santa Rosa, wine country, Russian River, Healdsburg, and more. Comfortable accommodations with everything you need. We spent afternoons floating in the pool after wine tasting. The property owner communicated well and responded quickly when messaged.

We had a group of 4 adults in town for a wine country weekend and this house was perfect for us. Each bedroom was spacious and each had their own bathroom which was so incredibly convenient. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and found it had everything we needed. Location was great for easy access to both northern napa and sonoma/russian river areas. Host was very responsive but honestly very little interaction was even necessary as everything in the house was as described.

The place was awesome. Beautiful scenery. We felt right at home. Ryan and James answered all our questions. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery and all you need to be comfortable this is the place.

This updated house was not only beautiful but cozy and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood with walkability to some cafes and restaurants. Plenty of storage for your things in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. We had a great stay!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Rustic High Tide Cottage! This place is a dream for nature lovers! The location is perfect for hiking and kayaking—so much to explore right from the doorstep. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing beneath you is pure magic. We woke up to beautiful natural light streaming in every morning, and even got the occasional friendly moo from nearby cows—such a charming touch! The host was thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter’s cabin. The location was serene and surrounded by breathtaking views, making it the perfect getaway. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property was! Our dogs absolutely loved exploring the outdoor space. It’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets, and this cabin truly went above and beyond. We had the most incredible stay at Mama K’s! The property is absolutely stunning, nestled right on the Russian River with gorgeous views and a sense of peace that’s hard to describe. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and at home. Also, the wildlife was great to watch out for! Many deer, birds (even eagles!) and foxes! The space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed (lots of great updates!) with everything we needed. It was the perfect mix of comfort and charm, surrounded by nature’s beauty. Our dogs were in heaven! They loved exploring the property, lounging on the deck, and soaking up the fresh air. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place that feels this special, but Mama K’s delivered on every level. We’re already planning our next visit. Thank you, Mama K, for sharing this magical place with us, we’ll definitely be back.

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

We came to the River House with a few friends to have a joint 50th birthday celebration. It was the perfect space! There were so many places for us to hang out, especially the hot tub set under the redwoods. The furniture was comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and Pierce was easy to communicate with. We are trying to think up reasons to return!
