Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

The accommodation was impeccable, very well equipped and above all very suitable for travelers with children and/or babies. Communication with Khaoula was exemplary throughout the stay. She is a very welcoming person, very responsive and very available.

We enjoyed the stay in this fabulous apartment. It was perfect, no complaints. It's excellent from the point of view of cleanliness, calm, equipment... I would say that the reality is 3 times more perfect than the photos on AIRBNB. I highly recommend this apartment to travelers. Many thanks to the manager Mr. Ali for his sympathy, flexibility and know-how as well as to the cleaning team. 👍

Under the sign, Riad le Petit Ksar, you enter another world. Every detail has been attended with care. The Riad is a fine example of Moroccan artistry. The furnishings, terrace, garden and salons are all beautiful. The beds are comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Juliette and her staff are attentive without being overbearing. To us this stay exceeded all expectations.

Kenza’s place felt unreal! It was majestic and perfectly situated in the Medina. Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The added services were much appreciated and the dinner was the best we had anywhere in Morocco! I would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

I asked for transportation from airport to the flat for an additional 150 dh. Loubna's husband picked me up with his car which also took care if the check in process. He kept communication with me all the time before i arrived and was already waiting for me when i got to the airport. He greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. On the way we chatted about different topics and he was very friendly. When we got to the flat, he gave me a 15min tour around the neighborhood where he showed me nearby restaurants, shops, cafes and the CTM bus station because i was taking the bus for my next trip from Fes to Ouazzane. Then went to the house where again he gave me a tour of the house and explained everything. If i go back to Fes, i would definitly stay with them again.

We came to Ayoub with the family (5 adults and 4 children) and the accommodation was well adapted, spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from the center of the Medina and 2 minutes from a small taxi stop to visit the other areas of Fez. Our plane arriving late, Ayoub was waiting for us with a really delicious homemade couscous.

We were feeling like home in this appartment. Hanane was absolutely the most kind Host, she was helping and supporting in all and was asking proactive to help. The organization was perfect. This appartment is absolutely beautiful and you feel like home because is so much comfortable. You will miss nothing, theres all you need and is in a good place. We will come back there for sure. For a family holiday near the hectic but picturesque fes, this is an excellent base. Sidi hrazem, ain Allah both at a manageable distance. Very quiet area. Beautiful villa with all the comforts. Lovely large garden with very spacious and especially clean swimming pool for the family. The welcome was warm and check out was very easy. We will definitely come back and stay for at least a week. Wissam and wife are very nice hosts.

We spent 3 nights there with our 3 teenage children. The location is very central and convenient, the terrace is great for breakfast or resting. Breakfast included was a real plus. On the other hand, the 2 bedrooms on the first floor are quite dark. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house and would be happy to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment so much that we came back! Flawless apartment, spacious, heated and pleasant. At the foot of the building, it is very easy to park. Just across the street is a large grocery store, a pastry shop, a snack where you can eat well and cheap. For breakfast, we were able to buy very good msemen and halcha, traditional preparations that we accompany with mint tea. A 5-minute walk away is a souk of fruits, vegetables, fish, cakes… but anyway, the nearby streets offer everything you might need. Youssef listened to us and was concerned about our well-being. A big thank you to him! For your information, there is the possibility of using a lockbox: convenient to arrive and leave when you want👍
