The Clam Shell room is a private king suite with a private entrance and deck, full bath with a claw foot tub, king size gel foam bed, full dining table for work, art or dining, casual lounging area, compact refrigerator, a meal prep area and WIFI. There are no cooking appliances except for an electric tea kettle and coffee maker. Our neighborhood is nestled between two state parks and we are a 3 blocks to the beach. We are in rural coastal forested county with gravel roads.

Very nice stay! We went for my girlfriend’s bday. Bathroom is good for baths. Showers are difficult. They have movie dvds to choose from which is very wholesome. Some of the images posted are obviously fake. Parking easy and very close to beach.

Fantastic host and house! The breakfasts alone were worth it. Cool fish (I'm invested in their story now), comfortable bed, beautiful house, the hot tub in the green house was awesome! Was perfect to be able to walk to downtown for the event we were attending as well as local attractions.

A great new hotel in Seaside. The hotel is not on the boardwalk, but it is only a block away and it is walkable to many of the restaurants. The rooms are large with many modern touches, unlike many of the surrounding hotels/motels. Great for a family or a couple. Highly recommended.

This Inn was exactly as advertised. It was clean and a great location. I found this inn on Airbnb, but after booking thought it might have been a better deal to call the inn directly 🤷🏼‍♀️. Either way, I was content with the price.

Clean, cozy historic hotel/BnB in an amazing location. Steps from the beach and within walking distance to all seaside has to offer. The room was so clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and even had eggs and waffles. Nice staff, beautiful property, great spot.

Room was living room + two private bedrooms with two balconies and a fireplace with jetted tub and ocean view - price was more like a single room with no view. Great hosts, flexible with check out, great location. Continental in the morning was good, though there were very few beverage options. Amazing stay!
