Beautiful, historic house in a lovely location. Filled with history and charming. Mark was very responsive and helpful. Flat walk to the train station about a mile away along the water. We’ll be back!

Our favourite ever airbnb. Everything was so cosy and the place had everything you could possibly need. Lily has obviously put so much thought and love into making this the perfect little nest for anyone visiting the sights of New Brighton, which, by the way, are right on your doorstep. Lovely view of the lighthouse from the breakfast table. Just a perfect air bnb. Thank you!

Nice location, few mins walk to lake and shops. Reserved parking is also nice. Liked the homely feel to the place and easy to relax. Much better to have whole apartment to yourself than just a room with shared facilities in my opinion. Host communication was friendly and timely. Good instructions on how to use tv WiFi heating etc.

We had a great time at Lorraine’s place. There’s clearly a lot of time and thought gone into the decor, as it’s a lovely homely feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need. Location wise it is a stones throw from a beautiful beach that almost felt like our own private beach at times. There’s some nice cafes a short walk away or our favourite was Tu Mundo in Prestatyn which is a short drive away. All dog friendly of course 🐶🐾 Lorraine herself is a lovely human who was communicative during our stay and checking we had everything we needed. We chose this property to celebrate my wife’s 50th with her oldest friends. As such, we booked what we thought was a self-contained property to embrace our enthusiasm and merriment but didn’t find out until the day of check-in that we were one half of a semi-detached property and were asked at this time to be mindful of an elderly neighbour. We hope we didn’t contravene the noise levels or disturb the old chap next door. Had we realised we had such a close neighbour when planning, we would have not chosen this house. The house is beautiful, no garden though. Some photographs alluded to garden space so we had brought our barbecues. There is nowhere to bbq so we had to get creative 😂 I’m glad we were all together for this special trip and this is one of the few properties that can cater for an all couples stay as everyone gets a real bed and not bunk-beds. There was more than enough seating cooking and dining space for all 7 of us inside and the layout and furniture is really lovely.

Such a lovely stay, really had a a very good.

Myself and 2 young sons stayed at Amy's caravan and loved every minute, felt instantly at home, first time away and both boys slept so well, good quilts, thick mattress toppers and cute bedding. Lovely kitchen, even plastic children's plates and bowls included which was a great help. Really nice decor in the living room, nice and cosy, children's toys, my sons loved the rire engine, even children's books on the shelf! It was a perfect location for us, easy walking distance to the beach and entrance for the boys, plenty of space round the caravan for the children to play safely and enjoy the outside!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Host was very easy to contact and responded quickly whilst also being lovely and polite. Amenities inside the caravan were perfect. Spotlessly clean. Close to facilities on site. Overall we had a fab time and I’d recommend it to anyone 😊

Great stay, easy to find with good clear Instructions on where to find the key and WiFi code. Would have no problems staying here again sometime

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

I stayed for a couple of days with my children caravan is lovely and clean host is very friendly quick replies when contacted the caravan is in a excellent spot stone throw from shops bar arcades kid club will be definitely staying again in the summer holidays

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend

The apartment is absolutely lovely with amazing views. It was pristine and very comfortable. West Kirby is great with lots to do in the area, great restaurant and coffee shops. Diane was the perfect host.

An amazing stay. Tracie was really helpful with everything. The location is just amazing. The beach is right behind the Caravan. You can hear the sound of waves. Literally 2 minutes of walk. The interior was clean and fresh looking. I would highly recommend this place for a calm peaceful getaway. Thank you Tracie. You have been an amazing host.

Lovely caravan, very homely and relaxing. Clean and tidy, all as advertised. Having the likes of washing up liquid and hand soap included were a good touch. The kids loved that there were books and games in the van. We were given recommendations of where to visit…..absolutely amazing. We wouldn’t have known about the seals at angel bay without the owners. Thank you for this! Walking distance to the beach, park and arcade, short drive to shops made the location really ideal for us. We had a great week staying here and would happily visit again.

So close to Wales and some nice English cities (Liverpool, Chester...). But Hoylake has also lots to discover (and taste!). The view from the house is amazing, with the enormous sand plateaus in front. A true discovery.
