Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Seaford

This was perfect for us and our dog. A cosy little home with everything we needed including private parking which is precious. Near to all amenities in Hove. The hosts were very tentative, responding to everything quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful flat in the heart of Brighton! I wish I had stayed here longer but will be back for sure. Highly recommend to anyone visiting here!

Nice place to stay. Didn't find it easy to park the car however and metered parking everywhere. Like that everywhere in Brighton it appears however. Definitely not the fault of Tolly's place!

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. Caroline is a very warm-hearted host. My stay was exceptionally pleasant. The room was better than expected: it was a small apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, and large living room. I can highly recommend this bnb.

We had a fantastic few days at Simon's apartment in Brighton. It is the perfect distance from the tourist attractions at the beach/the Laines, the train station and some of the other neighborhoods. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with fun decorative touches. Simon was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for experiencing all the best parts of Brighton. Very walkable from the station, close to the beach and the Pier and with tons of restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

We stayed at Tim’s lodge in Eastbourne for one night as a family of four while attending a family function. Tim messaged us beforehand with clear check-in instructions and kindly offered an early check-in, which we appreciated. The accommodation was clean, inviting, and beautifully presented. The welcome snacks were a lovely touch—our children especially loved the chocolate! As former Eastbourne residents, we knew the area well and picked this lodge for its great location. It’s just a short drive to the town centre with lots for families to do. Although we didn’t meet Tim, his communication was excellent, checking in to ensure everything went smoothly. We checked out early for breakfast plans but really enjoyed our stay. The lodge is private, family-friendly, and very reasonably priced. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to friends.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Great place used for a few days in Brighton. Clean and tidy, and place has character. Nice place to relax in evening. We used JustPark to find a nearby spot to park and then simply used ubers in/out of town for ease. Worked perfectly!

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

Great place near everything. Close to bus and train. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Would gladly come back again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Weather was cool so we didn’t spend time in the beautiful garden but the azaleas bloomed and we enjoyed them from the lounge. Fiona left all kinds of delicious treats and a bottle of prosecco for us. The house was well situated for Monk’s House, Charleston Farm, Great Dixter, Standen House and Batemans. Supermarkets are nearby as are many good restaurants.

This was our second stay in this beautiful little house, close to the beach and to the shops and vibrant city life. The house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean, and Greg is charming and very responsive. We came for Brighton's fringe festival and enjoyed the shows and the sunshine. Thank you for this perfect holiday!

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

A well located flat opposite the sea. It’s only 5 steps to the front door of this big comfortable flat. One big room with lounges, table for 6, a well equipped kitchen and a grand piano! The bed was comfortable and bathroom big with heated towel rails. A step into bath with grab rails. We loved staying here. Philip was a great host and left us a basket of goodies. Thank you.

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!
