Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.

Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.
