It was very enjoyable, the house was clean and ready for us. The deck space was amazing fornus to all get together and enjoy the nice wind coming straight off the water. The master bed was so comfortable that it was a hard choice every morning, either walk stright down to the beach or stay in that lovely bed. I definitely plan to be staying here again.

Great place, easy walk to the beach, nothing fancy but quite comfortable with all necessary amenities and fenced backyard.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Ali and Tommy's cottage. The pool is just steps away from the front door and the kids loved jumping in after a long day at beach. The beach is close, with tow access points. The one to the west does not have a ramp, so we had to walk a little farther to get to the other access point. Ali and Tommy were very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed having the EV charger at the house. Overall, we had a great time and would go back.

Sailfish Lookout had a great location—we walked everywhere (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, the pool, the beach, etc.). The decor was lovely, and we had plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed late evenings on our rooftop deck and could even see the Memorial Day drone show. They provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels, which we appreciated. We would definitely return.

The home was perfect. This was our first siblings trip with my mom and she only wanted to visit Panama City. She didn’t really want to do anything special but the location, accommodations, and response were all great. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

This location is perfect! It’s a quick, easy walk to the private beach. We never had an issue getting a front row seat to the water. The neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Even though there is construction going on nearby, it was never a problem and we hardly noticed it. We loved having a grill on the patio so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. It was nice having the bedrooms all on the same level and the beds were very comfortable. Mitch, the host, was extremely responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

Four adults and two kids and we had plenty of room. So glad we got the golf cart for the week as it made beach days easy and we even used it to go to big chill across the street. Great location with easy access to food places and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place is a gem. Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We loved this house for our family of 5. Very comfortable with primary bedroom downstairs and loft living space upstairs for kids’ entertainment. Well appointed with everything needed while on vacation. Beautiful screened in porch and great neighborhood!

Better than the photos! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The AC was nice and cold and the theme of the home was splendid. Would most definetely book again! This house is very well kept, clean and had all the extras and amenities needed. From an air fryer, blender, and everything you need for the kitchen. To bikes, and all the beach gear you would need as well. The location of this house is great and is walking distance to most everything you would need. Then with the bikes, you can get everywhere else you might need. Plus they were amazing to have to ride to the beach each day! Being able to bike to numerous Inlet Beach public entries was really helpful. This helped us avoid the private beach drama at other locations completely. Having the screened in porch and being right by the neighborhood pool were an added nice plus. Our family had a great vacation here and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this house made for a terrific vacation spot for my family and me. It was easy to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. In addition, our host was terrific. We had one minor issue beyond his control, and he was proactive and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our vacation was on track. We would absolutely recommend this house to those looking for a great 30A vacation and would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

My daughter and i had a wonderful time! She has never seen the Gulf. We live on the Atlantic side north of St Augustine. She enjoyed swimming in the big salt water lake of the gulf side. Amazing restaurants and food with great shopping too! Awesome visit! Jeanette

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

Location 20/10 - low key, private beach and cute little shops nearby make this location amazing! Easy access to Watersound via short walk on the beach and Seagrove/Seaside were a quick ride away. We loved how close this was to everything, yet our beach was never crowded - at times we were the only ones out. The public beach is next door and it was crowded at times. Beach chairs are available for rent. Rachel was very responsive to questions I had even prior to booking. She checked in on us during our stay and offered helpful suggestions. The townhome itself is smaller than I anticipated. However, it was perfect for my family of 3. The decor is nice and neutral but could use some updating as some of the furniture was well loved and appliances on the older side. I was initially concerned as a recent reviewer mentioned a musty smell, but we honestly didn't notice anything off-putting (and I am sensitive to smells). The dual balconies were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away from our hectic daily lives in Ohio! We went down for my close friend’s beautiful beach wedding and it was the perfect time! The place was exactly as described in the listing and I honestly have zero complaints. It was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a rock!! The beach was easy walking distance and the beach chairs were an awesome bonus that she had there for our use! Leah went above and beyond for me! I had realized once I flew back to Ohio I had left something very valuable to me and she immediately got ahold of her people who had found it and kept it safe for me! I could not be anymore pleased with that customer service! And the honesty of her crew who found it for me! If I could give a million stars I would! I hope to come back in the near future and decompress again!
