Farm location in Dorset's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with plentiful peace and quiet, surrounded by rolling hills, fields, and hedgerows - and our cattle, sheep and horses. Immediately adjacent is your own big, heated, private and well-appointed shower-room & loo, often complimented by our guests. Jurassic Coast 9 miles as the seagull flies.

The cottage sits within a ninety acre farm, Higher Easthams Farm.The market town of Crewkerne is a pretty, ham stone town that sits in beautiful countryside perfect for all manner of outdoor pursuits. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

Little Gem Somerset Cottage

Little Gem Cottage is situated in the pretty village of West Coker just a ten minute drive from the A303. The village has a grocery shop, butcher, restaurant, pub, children’s playground and lots of walking all close by. The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

Crown Studio is a beautiful handcrafted wooden building with high offset apex ceiling, large North facing roof windows and spacious living accommodation . Formerly designed as a sculptors Studio it offers comfort and privacy, whilst retaining it's original artisan charm. It stands in it's own fully fenced private garden with countryside views. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.
