Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sea of Marmara

I stayed 2 nights with my wife and child. It was a great place to stay for us. The house and garden are even more beautiful than they appear in the photos. You use the same garden as the host, but there is no privacy issue. There are tools and equipment at home to meet your needs. The host Mr. Hüseyin is a friendly, pleasant and helpful person. The atmosphere of the village where the house is located is also very nice. It is very pleasant to sit in the village coffee shop and drink tea and coffee. We are leaving happily. We enjoyed very much during our 3 days staying at Ms. Zeynep's house with my boyfriend. The house far exceeded our expectations. It is a very quiet, calm and peaceful place in terms of location. We had the chance to go to the sea, it is already 3 minutes walk away. But since it's stony, it's more comfortable with sea shoes. The design of the house,the design, the tools for the guests, Ms. Zeynep thought of us a lot. Finally, as we can see in the comments, our last 500-600 m car on the road to the house was a little difficult for us because it was low, and we recommend that you come knowingly. It's definitely an airbnb we can recommend.

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and smiling, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer very much, even though it was a holiday, they came and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the house on the first day we arrived, and they took us to the train station in the same way on the last day, and they also came and helped us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

This is a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The place is modern and updated. It is in a fisherman’s village with lots of character, friendly people and spectacular nature. The hosts are kind, responsive and hospitable. I had the time off I needed and I’d love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

A house with a spacious porch in a beautiful location. But it is not possible to go down around the stream, it is quite steep.

The communication with Orbay was smooth — he responded quickly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. The private terrace with a nice view was a great spot to relax. Overall, a good place to stay.

I think it has a better view than what was shown. It's a duplex house, the view from the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, so I went up there and enjoyed the view.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

The living facilities are good. Transportation is good. Immediate response to any inconvenience. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hill road is a bit difficult.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

Our stay was very delightful,Volkan communicated in a very effective manner. He responded promptly to our needs. We enjoy the location, the accommodation and the host attitude, totally recommend the place.

An amazing house with big bedrooms and an amazing view 😍

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. The complex has its own beach, it does not seem to be available from the outside, so it is also comfortable. Mr. Volkan's communication was strong and caring and friendly. Thank you…

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

Beautiful stay and nice people. Iskender and Deniz are great hosts with heart 🫶 10 stars are not enought 🙂

What you see in the photos, what the description says, we are glad that we chose this place, no one else's noise bothered us, nor did our noise bother others, it was a peaceful holiday for us. Mr. Eşref was much more than a host for us. We were so pleased for 4 nights and 5 days that we will come again. Thank you very much. He was very helpful. He took care of us every day and every morning. He asked if there was anything missing. He was a very nice tradesman. He was not like a business owner running a place to stay. Even my relatives asked many times where it was. Is there a better place to stay in the area? I don't think so. We came to Sapanca for the 2nd time. Mr. Ensar is a magnificent host. They helped us with our needs. The house is really huge. Immaculately clean, tidy, and all kinds of amenities. Mr. Ensar is really helpful and a very kind person. A place I will always stay from now on.
