We loved our staying how good was Faras to my family and Matin they all nice people and respectfully they responded to our request, we loved our stay.definitely recommend it.

We had the absolute BEST time staying at this wonderful cabin! It was the perfect getaway for me and my family — cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we needed and more — thoughtful touches, super comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and stunning surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We spent our days exploring the area and our evenings gathered around the fire, making memories we’ll cherish for a long time. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and nature, this is the place! We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

The employees were very interested, the place was very nice, we had a flat tire on our way to the hotel, the employees were very helpful with compressor assistance ,road assistance, a place where you can really go with your eyes closed, thank you again for their support.

From the beginning to the end, Mr. Ümit was both caring and helpful, and responded quickly to questions. The house and pool were hot when we went. The house was clean and tidy, everything needed was available in the house. The house is close to locations where you can meet the needs such as cafe, restaurant , grocery store, butcher. A place to stay with pleasure.

would recommend the space for a visit to old town. very walkable to attractions. 24/7 reception attendants who are excited to help with booking tours and recommending sites to see. plus tea, coffee and biscuits at all hours thx

Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

There are a lot of kitchen supplies in the house, especially in the kitchen, I would like to inform them for future stays. You can get the detergents for the washing machine and the dishwasher. There were 2-3 of everything in the house!! The sheets and linens were spotless and smelled of soap. The house is huge(!) 8-9 people are very comfortable. It was also very clean for a detached house. The only thing I can say for criticism is that there were animal droppings in the garden, maybe it would be great if they were removed. Thanks for the host's attention too!

The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

The apartment is beautiful, matches the description, good location. Of the minor disadvantages: the sofa is stained, and there weren't enough sockets (by the bed only on one side). Everything else is great. I couldn't find the house right away (the address on the maps showed another house), but the host responded quickly and was in touch.

Everything is great. The apartment has a gas stove ,heating and everything you need for cooking. We rented this place for the second time and if we fly to Istanbul again,then only this place. There is a transport junction nearby, it is easy to get somewhere.

At first I was a little disappointed because the room is smaller than it appears in the wide-angle shot in the ad. But that was quickly forgotten, because the room is still cozy and clean, Filiz incredibly nice and helpful, the area very quiet and yet close to great restaurants and the highlights of historic Istanbul. We felt very welcome and if we travel to Istanbul again, we would certainly ask Filiz again.

Home away from home, great hosts !

This is the perfect spot for a city break to Istanbul, perfectly located by Galata Tower and offering beautiful views over the tower. While a studio, the apartment feels spacious and has a comfortable double bed, sofa, two dining tables, kitchen area and a bathroom with shower (super strong water pressure which was a lovely surprise!). Eyo and his co-host Ali were extremely helpful and responsive in the run up to our stay, providing recommendations and offering to book tours for us if we'd like. Check in was simple - Eyo or Ali will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys. Really great value for money and would recommend this apartment to anyone. I really recommend Galata as an area - you are in walking distance to so many sights (10/15min walk down to Galata Bridge, from which you enter Sultanahmet).

Ozkan, it was a pleasure to stay at Your studio. Balat is truly amazing and vivid, hippie and oldfashioned, quiet and noisy at the same time. Our visit will be in our memories for a long time, and we surely will come back. We felt in love with turkish hospitality and kidness and we wish to explore more&more. It was a great home.. His location is close to tram upwards .. Mr. Mohammed's treatment is special and helped us with a lot of things Beautiful choice in Istanbul and affordable price

Great stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for 3 people, clean, well equipped and had all the amenities we were looking for. The apartment was as described, heating was even turned on for our arrival which was a nice touch! Communication all the way through was fantastic. The only thing I would mention about the location is that it is lively outside. And the pool was a bit cold in the mornings. Apart from that it was perfect, would stay again!

We stayed as 8 friends. The location of the house was very good. It's an old structure, the kitchen cabinets, etc. It's not very new, but it's clean and tidy, so it didn't bother me that it was old. There was nothing missing in terms of kitchen supplies. We were satisfied. The bed and room layout was also quite adequate and nice. We would definitely recommend it.

Mr. Uğur and his wife, Ms. Aybike, were extremely interested from the beginning to the end of our reservation and responded to everything we asked in a very short time. The house was extremely spacious and we stayed with 5 people very comfortably. There are 3 rooms and a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor, and on the lower floor there is a kitchen with all the equipment you need, a spacious living room and a toilet. The pool and the entire house were spotless. Thank you for their hospitality, it was a place where we could choose once again with our friends.

Communication with Mr. Serdar was very easy. She was also as flexible as possible during our check-in and checkout times. The location of the house was close to the center. The house was clean and tidy. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. We stayed very comfortably with a small child.

It was a great stay. The place is unique and calming. The host is very helpful and understanding. You have help 24/7 and the nature and the place is unique. We totally recommend.

Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The house is nicer than the image in the photos. Ms. Sule and Mr. Derya were helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The kids loved the pool and garden. We had a pleasant holiday as a family. Would recommend
