Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. Self check-in. North island privacy by entrance to Freeman Park/across Carolina Beach Pier&Tiki/1.5 mi bike/drive/walk to center of town. Steps to ocean, pool set in marsh, grilling stations/picnic tables. Washer/dryer. King bed+sofa bed. Peace. 4 guests max. No smoking. No pets. Come relax!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

You can’t beat this location!! Just 2 blocks from the beach, tucked off the main road and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk/ downtown CB are less than a 5-minute drive away. This private studio includes a full kitchen, queen bed, and a custom twin daybed, plus great outdoor space. Enjoy the front porch or unwind on the screened-in back porch with a fenced yard. We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.
