The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Better Daze - 1 Block To Beach

Welcome to Better Daze! Enjoy this newly renovated modern beach house that was completed in 2022. Located on the "North End" of Carolina Beach, you'll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Ideal for families, couples, or groups up to 6. Enjoy views of Snow's Cut canal from the open living room and kitchen area, and two spacious porches. Gather around the sectional couch for games and drinks while watching TV. Kitchen equipped for your culinary adventures with modern amenities and counter seating for 5. Ample parking available, including space for a boat trailer. Dog and kid-friendly with provided toys and books. Watch the boats go by from the living room!

Carolina Beach Cabana Boardwalk and Beach Condo

Enjoy a relaxing beach getaway for up to 4 people. Our first floor condo at the Cabana is street view, located in an oceanfront building, steps from the beautiful beach, pool, boardwalk, and restaurants. Our condo is a spacious one bedroom and one bathroom with plenty of space and storage. A queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Parking for up to 2 cars is complimentary on premises.

Sea Breeze Cottage, Downstairs Guest Suite

Sea Breeze Cottage is a 1,000 sqft downstairs guest suite nestled under great oaks draped with Spanish moss and is located on River Road beside Snows Cut Bridge that takes you to Pleasure Island where Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Fort Fisher are located. This listing is a downstairs guest suite with a private entrance. The stairwell is blocked off for your privacy. I live upstairs year-round.

Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
