La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.

Depandance in antico cascinale con vista sulle colline del Monferrato e arco alpino. Entrata indipendente sia a piedi che in macchina. Ampio giardino (1200mq circa) recintato, piscina (non sorvegliata di 12x7 mt, profonda da 90 cm a 220 cm) con trampolino e scala di muratura comoda per entrare e uscire. Tettoia con forno a legna e barbecue con tavolo e sedie in condivisione con i proprietari. Tavolo con sedie sotto veranda per gli ospiti, lettini e sdraio prendisole.
