Claudio is a friendly, kind and pleasant host. Always answers inquiries quickly, courteously and with a lot of good will to help. The house itself is lovely. Very comfortable and clean. Comfortable mattresses. The environment is beautiful and quiet and there are hiking trails nearby. There is a well-stocked minimarket 200 meters away. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and would love to return in the future. Thank you Claudio for a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The appartment is perfect - it has everything you need and the view from the balcony is truly stunning! The living-room, bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen were spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a 2 week-stay. The location in Verbania couldn't have been any better. Just a few minutes walk to the next swimming spot by the lake. About 30 min walk or 5 min drive to the nearest supermarket. Central, yet far enough away from the busy spots :) Anna and her cousin were very kind and thoughtful - we stayed in touch before arriving and throughout the stay as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The host was very responsive and helpful from the day we booked the accommodation. He met us in person at the house and gave us a tour of the house and explained certain things like the recycling and how to use the TV's. The host was in communication with us regularly to check if we had any problems and ensure we were stocked with the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. The location of the house is down a narrow one way road with a gated entrance to the property. I would advise not to bring a big car because the road and entrance are small! We are located just of the main road in Somma Lombardo and Lidl is only 5 minutes drive away (Or about 20 mins walk) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy including a lovely Gelato shop It is not a quiet neighbourhood due to the local churches, dogs barking and airplanes taking off from nearby Malpensa airport but that is not fault of the host Overall, we were very happy with our stay! This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Very nice spacious house with two well oriented terraces, an enclosed lot with gate and possibility to park a vehicle. Ideal for large families (dishes, cooking utensils, dishwasher). Sonia is very welcoming and responded very quickly to the various messages we were able to send her during the stay. The only negative point is the access to Stresa (winding road and not very wide) and parking difficulties on certain days.

Such a marvellous house - we fell in love with its character and charm. So lovely to have all that space and the view from the terrace is stunning. Everything you need is just there, including excellent local bread and cheese a short walk away. The host was welcoming and just let us enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

Great place for group of 7 (four adults and three kids). Backyard was great for the kids. Grocery store right around the corner. Neighborhood is close enough to St Marks Square to be convenient but also feels away from the crowds

We had a lovely time in this villa. It's a great location for a bigger group of people and the house is very beautiful! If you want to take a dip in the lake, you have to walk at about 15 minutes downhill.

This was our second time at this property. The place is absolutely amazing and we highly recommend it to anyone wishing to have a luxurious vacation nearby Italian lake. We also give extra credit for the hosts due to they (and the cleaning staff) have made tourists’ life a bit easier on relation to very strict Italian recycling requirements :)

The house is wonderful. The views of the lake are exactly those shown on the website Weather too cool to use the pool, but it was very clean and inviting. You will need a car, but roads are well marked and Stressa is about a 10 minute drive. There were six of us in our party with plenty of room for everyone. All of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms with an extra bathroom on the ground floor. We have rented many properties, but this one is among the best!!! We will be recommending it to anyone who asks where they should stay in the area The owner also has a winery about 30 min away and well worth the drive

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

It was a wonderful time in the great villa by the lake. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and cozy corners for conversations. The children enjoyed the large garden extensively. Everything worked out great. Only the late check-in time we do not find appropriate for the price and we cleaned kitchen utensils again before use. Otherwise, we'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

Beautiful view of the lake - even prettier than the pictures. You will need a car to get to & from the home - the road to the home is narrow and up a steep hill. The air conditioning works well in the bedrooms - the living area was comfortable but would be warm during summer months. We would happily stay there again.

We had a great time. The spaces are well divided and functional. Nothing is missing. The house is really nice, clean, cared for in everything and close to restaurants, ice cream shop, lakefront and very comfortable and nearby areas of interest. Responsive host with simple local tips. Come back!!!

Hi Property has a great outside space which is why we chose it, Pool ,bbq, plenty of sunbeds, music system. Inside are huge areas but didn't really use as we visited in Summer. The interior is dated from a taste p.o.v but everything you can think of is supplied and its very clean and well looked after. Area is suburban but only 5 minutes from the lake and beach, 10 minutes into the old town with goods bars & restaurants. Great host always contactable.

House is high up. Up the streets are very curvy and narrow. But if you can enjoy the view, you are speechless. House is pure luxury. It was a very nice experience and we would be happy to come back.

We went to Nicole and Gabriele for a bachelorette party. I would say super experience! They were very nice and we were in tune right away, we had dinner and lunch together and felt at home. A house with a history, a life and a soul. Thank you from the heart
