On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen and the living room area. On the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a study. The self-contained apartment is located on the 1st floor and stretches over 2 levels. In the lower area is a shower room with toilet and a small kitchen. The bright living room with the two bedrooms can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in a cul-de-sac, but still close to the city. Cities such as Dortmund, Essen, Düsseldorf and Münster can be reached quickly, also by public transport.
