Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Are you looking for a quiet accommodation, would you like to spend your free time in the countryside and at the same time live near the city center? You can do this in our sunny 2-room apartment (65 m²) in Frauenland with a large southwest terrace and direct access to the pool and garden. Pool and garden are also used by us. A kettle grill is available for grilling. With the bus lines 14, 114 and 214 you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the university at Hubland in 2 minutes.

Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.
