The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with a large roof overhang, winter garden and balcony facing the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south, there is a view of the Alps.

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

Mini-villa in the countryside and yet central. Ideal for a getaway to relax in Appenzell and explore St. Gallen. Also very suitable as a hotel alternative for business trips.
