The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The bright, modern apartment consists of a bedroom with a 180/200 large box spring bed, a living room with a cozy couch and open kitchen. The bathroom has everything the guest could want in a vacation rental. Wide doors, a threshold-free shower and the location on the ground floor of the "Alte Sägerei" have been placed great emphasis on accessibility both in the apartment and outside. A cozy wooden terrace invites you to linger in the outdoor area.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

The 35 sqm, modernly furnished living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to relax - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities available. The house is in tiny house park "Elborado". This is currently under construction, which is why we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate.
