The result is a spacious, comfortable living area within 500-year-old stone walls. We had a wonderful stay here. The communication leading up to our stay was excellent. The instruction booklet we received a few days before our stay was wonderful and informative. What a great spot and beautiful cosy accommodation. It had everything we needed for our long weekend. The washing machine and garage was a bonus! Highly recommend. Thank you.

Susanna gladly welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartman was well-equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The good location made it easy to reach hiking destinations in a short time by car, and also the lovely old town was a good walk from the apartman, where we enjoyed delicious dinners. We would happily return any time in the future, absolutely recommended! Just like on the pictures.

A quiet place with a great view. Large garage available. The host's instructions are striking. Return the key to the box or you will be fined, sort the waste or you will be fined. Before you arrive, your host will have placed you in the appropriate guest category. It's the same as if the receptionist at the hotel said at check-in that we expect you to steal towels and expect a penalty. Filling in the form is also annoying, usually it is the data that the host has available from Airbnb.

The space was perfect for the eight of us friends to celebrate New Year's Eve. It has four excellent rooms with very comfortable double beds and a shared balcony. There is a roof terrace and a garden. The house is neatly renovated and very clean. The view of the beautiful vineyards is fantastic. Landlady Karin was very friendly and helpful, she was always available.

A great appartment in the house located in the centre of Spitz, witth a lovely courtyard. Birgit is very nice and helpful and we had no problem with communication. The appartment is large enough to accomodate 4 persons and it has got all equipment you need for a pleasant stay in Wachau.
