During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

Everything worked out wonderfully and we had a really nice time as a family and with friends. The house is super large and perfectly equipped. Communication with Christoph is very friendly and fast. We were very positively surprised because the house is more beautiful than in the photos.

We stayed at Heike and Ralf's place for 4 days and were super satisfied. The apartment is stylishly furnished and was handed over to us in a very clean condition. The kitchen is equipped in such a way that you can easily cook something yourself. The absolute highlight, however, is the area around the accommodation. This is exceptionally beautiful and super idyllic. You can totally relax and enjoy the decelerating life in absolute peace. Without any problems, you can take a great hike directly from the property. Both the Austrian and Italian borders are in the immediate vicinity, so you can start a variety of great day trips from the property. Unfortunately, we ran out of time in the end to even begin to enjoy everything, but we will definitely come back again! The contact with Heike and Ralf was super straightforward, friendly and familiar. We would recommend the place to anyone!

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.

We were there for skiing, the apartment was super large for 4, very clean and well maintained. We would definitely visit again. Super easy and flexible check-in didn't arrive until 10 pm in the evening was not an issue. About 30 minutes to the Hartkaiser, which was mega. All in all it was a beautiful stay at the place.
