Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

New apartment on the 2nd floor in OBB, 65 sqm. Bedroom with box spring bed, living room with pullout couch (1.40 m max 2 people) Bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, cozy balcony and parking space at your disposal. It is a non-smoking apartment where animals are not welcome. Smoking allowed on the balcony. €80 for 2 adults per night, each additional person €15. Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and water are included in the rental price.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour.
