During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Recently, the newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has been available to vacation guests in the Kipnick vacation home. The chalet, furnished in a contemporary, modern style, promises luxury and comfort in the midst of the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and deceleration on vacation are guaranteed.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed. El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

Our light-flooded duplex apartment in Chiemgau offers a welcoming atmosphere with many excursion opportunities. The loving and stylish decor with a double bed, sofa bed and chaise longue provide coziness. Guests can also look forward to a quiet environment. A covered terrace, a seating area in the countryside and access to a community pool offer additional opportunities for recreation and entertainment. Wi-Fi access is also available

Apartment at Nik's with hiking and horseback riding station

The modernly furnished vacation apartment "Beim Nik with Wanderreitstation" is located in Almertsham, a district of Höslwang in Chiemgau, in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Bavaria, on a horse farm surrounded by numerous lakes and hills. Pony riding is available and guests can bring their own horse to the farm and explore the fantastic view of the Chiemgau alpine panorama high on horseback.

Modern, bright and ground-level apartment for two people. Ideal for a stay in beautiful Chiemgau. The accommodation is part of a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace. We are a young family with a toddler who is discovering the world - occasionally it can be a little more lively. We look forward to seeing guests who don't have a problem with this :)
