For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Chalet Fend - exclusive vacation home (detached)

Our newly (2019) built vacation home is located in the district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In addition to the two large bedrooms (about 18 sqm), each with large double beds, there is another bedroom with two single beds. The house has two bathrooms, one of them (about 10 m²) with a corner bathtub and a very large, walk-in shower (1.2 m x 1.2 m). You can charge your electric car at our Wallbox (11 kW, Type 2; currently 40 cents/kWh).

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Lehner Castle

Lehner Schlössl is located in the picturesque village of Leutasch, surrounded by beautiful nature and yet only a stone's throw away from the village center. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. In winter, a cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.
