This brand new 2-room apartment awaits you with a fresh & modern design. The location is very good: Walking distance to bus and S-Bahn and very close to BER airport. Nevertheless, the surrounding area is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge and everything you need. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and of course I provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The apartment also offers space for a third guest with the comfortable sofa bed. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the building.

In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Quiet apartment a few stops from the airport. Green spaces, pond and bike paths outside the door, plus lots of nature and a mountain with a view over the city. The train station is an 11-minute walk from the apartment. Many connections to the center of Berlin (approx. 25 minutes)S-Bahn every 10 minutes, bus, express train in various directions. The S9 runs directly through Berlin, stopping at many attractions (see last photos). Shopping, kiosk, gas station, restaurants within walking distance.
