1 bedroom apartment, recently renovated, only 5 minutes from the lake. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a big couch that can be turned into a bed. The apartment is quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. Small kitchenette with stove, fridge microwave, kettle and coffee machine....free tea and coffee is available for guests. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can reach Munich within 45 minutes.

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Towels, sheets and a separate entrance are included. Parking is possible on the opposite side of the street. The Türkenfeld S-Bahn is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

Ammersee about 3 km, Munich about 40 km away. The Alps (Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen...) are easily accessible for a day trip, as are Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a dog living in the house that you may encounter.
