Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

Our apartment is located in Schönberg-Holm in the Probstei vacation area. The area is ideally suited for a relaxing beach vacation (apartment about 10 minutes' walk from the beach), but also for hiking and cycling. In addition to small cozy villages with restaurants, cafes, farm shops and swimming lakes, the city of Kiel with its extensive range of culture, sports, gastronomy and shopping is also not far away.
